I received approximately 4 Proposals from various Painting Contractors for the said property and am not one to shop around as my time is valuable. As the 3 prior contractors site visits occurred it does not take me long to perceive what I personally have named as " Blow & Go" i.e. Painting over residues of (Spider Webs, Wasp Nest attachments, Existing peeling paint, etc) You may have a scheduled proposal some time out but think of the cost of having to paint your house in another 4-5 years.
