I am totally satisfied with the exterior house painting job just completed by American Eagle Painting. All of my communications with Steve the owner were outstanding. He was timely and competitive with his quote, he started and completed the job exactly as he said he would. (He essentially started within two weeks of his quote and then worked continuously for seven days of work, excluding three non-work days because of rain.) He texted me regularly with schedule details and was present at the start of each work day providing equipment/supplies as needed and communicating with his three man crew doing the work. The crew was awesome. They showed up on time each day and worked diligently through all phases of the job. They methodically scraped all the eaves/overhangs for two full days, then pressure washed all areas to be painted, then caulked. They were very impressive with their skill and ease working on ladders up 25+ feet in many areas. I chose to have eaves/overhangs/trim/gutters painted a different color than the main siding color, a bit more expensive but totally worth it (in my opinion). The house with new paint looks fantastic. His team members are long term who work in a very methodical, professional manner striving for perfection and producing the same result. Steve and his team worked with new and aged materials comprising three decks of my home by thoroughly power washing and sanding surfaces, and utilizing two different stains, a solid on aged surfaces and a transparent on the new deck flooring surfaces. The results were incredible, providing wonderful continuity between old and new surfaces and a complete restoration of my decks.
