I had a light fixture that rusted out in our guest bathroom after an issue with the ventilation fan failing. I needed it replaced. I also had issues with 3 ceiling fans that needed replacing. One ceiling fan in the kitchen, one in a spare bedroom, and one in the master bedroom that is high up due to the vaulted ceiling. CJ Bradley's Electric stopped by to give me an estimate and told me to contact him when I was ready. There was zero pressure from him to schedule and the estimate was fair. Money is one thing but kindness goes a long way. So I decided to go with my gut instincts. He and his son were professional, respectful, and neat. Did not try to upsell or overpriced anything and was easy to work with. And they did great work too! I wanted to add an outlet up against my stairway and the only way was to cut through drywall. They did their best to cut as minimal as possible (small cut) Unlike others who will do what is easiest for them. That wasn't the case here. I appreciate it because they really took the time to care enough to do what was nice for my home and what was less work for me to repair. With so many contractors' outrageous quotes and questionable work and integrity, it's hard to find one you can trust and does good work, like the doctor. They cleaned up the bits of drywall that fell afterwards. One of the joists was not close enough for the metal bracket that came with the fan to be attached. So they attached other wood to the closest joist and attached the fan. One installer climbed into the attic space to finish the electric connections. No time wasted. Very efficient team. I'll be using them for any other electrical work at my home.

Fito came out to give me an estimate and was the first person who told me the panel wouldn't have to be removed because it would qualify for an exception. Leslie, who handled the office/administrative side, told me me she would try to get the work qualified as an emergency and would call PG&E every day until my application was approved. They had a sense of urgency that the other companies I spoke with did not. All was done as promised and the panel was replaced 1 week after getting the estimate. Fito also went above and beyond by getting my power up temporarily so that I could function in the house. He did not want me to be in the dark. I am a senior, living alone, so I very much appreciated his helping me in this way.
