He came by in person for a quick consultation so that we could align on expectations and he thoroughly went over my options and answered my 100 questions. Because our roof line is asymmetrical I challenged Issac with how we could find balance and his creative solution was to install some up lights which paid off. I ultimately decided to only have the front of our house done because our neighbors are close by and felt that would be disruptive for them. The team was ready to install 1.5 weeks later and they did a great job at keeping the cords nicely tucked away where possible and neatly tacked. Further they offered an additional service to clean the gutters for an incremental cost which we opted in for as a double whammy. When I'm at the outlets, this is one of the shops I must stop at. CB is one of my favorite retail furniture and home stores. Their style leans to being modern and functionally minimalist. I visited recently. The staff greeted us and everyone that walked in. Staff individually moved about the shop asking folks if they needed assistance. We spoke to a couple of associates; they were engaging and helpful. This weekend they are having an additional discount of 10% added to the already tiered markdown prices.. And the items not marked down are 20% off. This sale structure is common of them. The inventory of furniture was in good shape and in my opinion, was marked down accordingly. Don't get me wrong, it's a discount outlet so there's a reason the furniture is there... damaged, retail returned or discontinued. So check out the pieces throughly to see if it meets your standards before purchasing as most items are final sale. And if you like an item, get a sales person attention and stay with the item.
