The cover was destroyed but we were able to jury rig her so she was drivable. After several delays and my rather grumpy bf not being happy about things, I got her back today. I had had them replace the cylinder. They had mentioned bent bolts and broken tabs. I figured it was how it was held in. So imagine my shock to find the entire steering column recovered. I took off my wheel/tire and took it to them. Before taking it off I saw and knew my rim had ZERO damage. I even have PICTURES!!!! Then after he replaced my tire I took it to my stranded car and it was then that I noticed my rim was pretty scratched up. My car is a 2025 and these rims are NOT CHEAP so I had to go tell them what they did. I was as calm as a person can be that was wronged . They didn't want to accept that they damaged my rim when I gave them the evidence that my rim was NOT DAMAGED before them yet they still argued and argued with me to no end. DO NOT GO HERE. They've done thousand$ in various suspension work over the past few years and I'm only here bc I asked how I could put in a good review for them as a thanks. They seem pretty female-friendly too from what I've seen in the waiting room. Just be as specific as possible with your issue. They don't seem to advertise much (the pics are mad old) since they've got a whole building/shop next to the tire place now. A good "sleeper" shop as I don't care for the chain (get 'em in, get 'em out) type. Busier in the past few years, so be a little patient and you should (hopefully) be satisfied. Ok so we couldn't avoid a piece of wood in the road while in Houston. Ended up with a flat tire .3…read moremiles from Tire & Auto. We were a bit confused as to who we needed to see to get the tire repaired. The guys outside were busy and the lady inside told us to go outside. So we found a gentleman who was absolutely wonderful. We showed him where the leak was and he went to working. He ended up patching the tire bc there were 2 holes close together. We went inside the office to sit and wait. Other customers were pleasant in the waiting area which is a good sign. The family bathroom has a urinal, toilet and bidet which was neat but weird at the same time. Anywho, it took about 15 minutes and we were back on the road. He made sure all lugs were secured and pressure was right on the other tires as well. Sure beats my daughters experience at NTB by MD Anderson a few weeks ago...
