Dustin is very professional and very thorough, he accommodated my schedule and explained the process and access he would need prior to arriving so there were no surprises. He was very respectful of our property and took great care during the inspection to ensure everything was left as he found it and worked safely being the inspection required him to access the attic and roof. Once the inspection was completed he took the time to review any items of concern and how they would need to be addressed. He also emailed the complete reports including photos and emailed copies to our insurance carrier to ensure there were no delays or gaps in the process.
