This led us to trust them to service our 3 year old mini split after it stopped cooling and had already been recharged by the installer. It was now off warranty, so we decided to get their opinion. Tommy was very professional, and told us he was sure we had no leaks. The installer had not charged it correctly, and it would be several thousand to recharge. We let him do it, and then in 3 weeks the cooling failed and the coolant was empty. Tommy came back and told us we do have a large leak, but it's new and not related to the previous issue. He billed almost 400 dollars to tell us this, and then quoted over 1000 for the new leak fix. Just because they do good work most of the time, be careful. You can still be taken advantage off.

He took full ownership of the situation and never tried to cover anything up or make excuses. He sent out his most experienced technicians to thoroughly go over the system and determine whether there was an issue that had been missed over the years or whether the unit ultimately needed to be replaced. They were finally able to determine that the AC had been installed incorrectly. While I'm certainly not thrilled that an improper installation wasn't identified during the multiple service calls we've had over the years, I do want to give credit where credit is due. Once Peter and his team became involved, they were extremely solution-focused and committed to getting to the bottom of the problem. I also learned that Peter was not the owner when I originally purchased the AC, which makes me even more appreciative that he stepped up and took responsibility for an issue that technically predated his ownership. He assured me that, one way or another, we would get the situation resolved, and I respect that. One thing that really stood out to me throughout this process was how highly each of the technicians spoke of one another. Every gentleman I interacted with this week had nothing but positive things to say about the rest of the team. It was very obvious that they have each other's backs and are all working toward the same goal. At the end of the day, I'm still disappointed that it took this long and this many service calls to uncover the installation issue. However, I believe in giving credit where it's due, and Peter and his team deserve recognition for how they handled things once they became aware of the problem. Their communication, willingness to investigate, and focus on finding a solution made a significant difference. ***************************** We have had ongoing issues with our AC system since purchasing a new unit from this company five years ago. From the beginning, the system has struggled to keep up and has consistently run nearly 24/7. After having the team come out multiple times to troubleshoot the issue, I ultimately had to have the system and other aspects of my home thoroughly evaluated. I was eventually informed that the AC unit installed was improperly sized and too small for our home. This has resulted in years of frustration, along with thousands of dollars in additional utility costs and service fees trying to diagnose and address the problem. I'm extremely disappointed that a new system was installed incorrectly in the first place and that it took multiple service calls and significant expense to determine the root cause.

Called around 8 a.m. after discovering that our gas furnace had stopped firing up overnight. A very polite real-life person answered after just a couple of rings (no prompts or automated options required). She said a technician could come same day between 1 and 4. He arrived at 1:15 and diagnosed the problem quickly, a dying circuit board that was not providing consistent power to the igniter. He quoted the cost of replacing - around $450 but was concerned about replacing such an expensive piece on a furnace that had perhaps already exceeded its life expectancy. It was a honest assessment. My husband and I had been expecting both the heating and a/c to go out for the past few years, based on their age (about 25 yrs) and well-worn condution. He knew some tricks to get the furnace running but it failed again that night, consistent with the nature of the problem. Thankfully, the salesman John - 35 yrs on the job, was scheduled to visit that morning. He helped us explore various options and discussed our needs and requirements. He listened, evaulated and eventually sold us the least expensive model with no pressure to buy the high-end units. Such a pleasant experience! Incredibly, installation was the next day. Mike, 15 yrs with the company, and Andy, with around 5 yrs, worked as a team to install a new furnace, a/c and thermostat.
