It's been 3 weeks now and still no one has called to even address this issue. I have no problem spending $190 on a hotel room. I would NEVER spend $190 on the hotel room I stayed in that evening. The bedding was dirty. I ended up sleeping on the small sofa with my own blanket that evening. The breakfast was junk. The staff obviously is horrible. And I spent way too much money on this crap room. I would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.
