I immediately called the hotel back and asked why the charge was so high and she said that was the rate of my room. After telling her this is not the price I was quoted when I called, she said no one told me that. The manager was supposed to call me that afternoon and never did. It's been 3 weeks now and still no one has called to even address this issue. I have no problem spending $190 on a hotel room. I would NEVER spend $190 on the hotel room I stayed in that evening. The bedding was dirty. I ended up sleeping on the small sofa with my own blanket that evening. The breakfast was junk. The staff obviously is horrible. And I spent way too much money on this crap room. I would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.
