She could not find a words to tell me about the other stain. Agreed that the safety pin and ripped comforter should have been thrown out. She proceeded to go to the laundry room to get a clean one ( because they don't wash or change them daily ) which is I don't sit or sleep with them but sadly, besides the sheets, that was the only covering, no sanitized blankets in the closet area. The one she brought back was laundered as she apologized for it being wrinkled. I used more lysol spray to disinfect it but just didn't feel comfortable. Blasted my heat, put on sweats, socks, and hoodie and slept atop the sheets. I called corporate, what a joke! I will spare you the details. We will see what the manager says Monday as she doesn't work on the weekends, I'm told. Why stay here you question? There were no other hotels within 50 miles of where I was visiting, with availability due to Mothers Day weekend. Oh, I forgot to mention that I was given a handicap room and I'm not handicap. And no, they were not full to capacity. So on 5/10, I spoke with the ice GM who credited my card 40%. I'm still waiting for it to post on 5/14/21. Something interesting. I mysteriously had bites on my skin Sunday morning on my leg, ankle, thigh and navell. I'm pretty sure that its because of bedbugs! I did saturate my mattress with lysol but I guess I missed something. Never ever had I experienced bites at ANY Hilton. So, I burned my luggage upon return to not infect my home! Ugh! Nasty!
