John came as a strong recommendation through our realtor and he fully executed on his service. He pinpointed specific areas in our property that were immediate areas of opportunity (ex. requesting water location was turned on during the final walk-through to confirm no issues) to highlights of the property that he felt confident that we as the buyers should know (ex. his professional input on the life of the roof). Overall, the most impressive characteristic John demonstrated was his attention to detail. John left no stone unturned during his inspection which gave my wife and I the confidence in the property. After the inspection, John was transparent in the turnaround of the comprehensive final report (ours was at a whopping 69 pages) based on his workload for the day, but we still received the report within less than 4 hours after the physical walk-through. On top of being overpriced, he then charged us again just to issue the proper rental inspection certificate that should have been included from the start.
