She was just miserable as is, making snide comments every chance she got and should not be working events when she is that miserable. Then the bartender just helped herself to taking food, when it wasn't even offered to her bumping patrons while they were getting their food. I'm sorry this place is not a place for celebrations because the bartender is miserable and intervenes in your event.

She has learned the value of hard work (20 minutes of wall ball every day, no exceptions). Being on time means being there 15 minutes early, etc. We had the very good luck to have the CEO/Head Coach work directly with her year and provide excellent personal feedback. This is hard work for the kids, physically, mentally, socially. It's a big commitment for the parents too ($, time). If you are willing to invest all the above, you are probably going to get a great return on that investment, that being a daughter who is ready to make her way in the world.
