Especially after driving 800 miles for the move, you could say my car was in need of many things. I called and made the appointment a week in advance and they had a very flexible schedule to work with. When I arrived there was minimal paperwork and they even heated up my burrito for me in their staff kitchen! I waited for less than 45 minutes while they did a synthetic oil change and full inspection, for no additional charge. They walked me through all the red flags, what i want to watch and what looks great, on their monitor while pulling my car back around. They were kind, patient and informative. Unfortunately, I am unsure what a full priced synthetic oil change is here but with my welcome coupon mine ended up being less than $40. They took great care of me and were very knowledgable on all things vehicle repair oriented. I would definitely recommend this shop and will be back again, if needed.

This is my only car, and Scotty was recommended by someone I trust, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. At this point Scotty decides to tell me he has a lot of big jobs and doesn't know when he'd get to my car. So not only had he lied week after week, he also wasted my time when I trusted he would get it done. I had my car towed to playground automotive in FWB and they diagnosed, order parts and fixed the clutch in 2 days. If he didn't want to work on my vehicle he could have told me before the fifth week. I was completely nice and respectful and he just kept lying. Bad bussiness, wasted my time which is also my money. Lady at the counter was nice enough although it is unfortunate this is the shop she works at.
