I have never really had a great experience here. I chose to come here because I moved from a different state and had Goodyear tires and the 3 year alignment plan. Every single time I've been there (about 10 times in the last two years, with 4 cars) it's been a pain. I always make my appointments on line and clearly select what I need to have done. EVERY time I've been in, the person at the counter relays how busy they are and how things like a simple oil change will take all day. The two more prevalent excuses are 1. We don't see the online appointments until they're made, and 2. We don't have enough people here today. In my last experience, which was enough to trigger this review, I had once again made an appointment online for 9:00am. When I went online to check, the only appointments not available were the 7:00 and 8:00 time spots. The rest of the day was clear and selectable. So I selected. I just needed an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment check. I received a call about an hour after I made the appointment. The gentleman from Goodyear stated/asked, "we've got a lot going on. Is there a better day for you?" No there's not a better day! That's why I made the appointment when I did! Thanks to your history of poor service, I know I have to go a whole day without my car! I took the day off from work. I won't ever go back here. My family will never go back here. We have 4 cars. I'm optimistic that there's another service location in Niceville that cares a little bit more.

Had a slow leak in my tire and they patched it for free. They even squeezed it in while they were already busy. Great service.

I had all six tires replaced on my RV at Day's Automotive in Crestview. The service was expensive,…read morebut I was willing to pay a premium price because I expected professional workmanship and customer service. Initially, everything appeared fine when I drove the RV home. However, on our first camping trip a couple of weeks later, the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) alerted after about 20 miles on the road. All four rear dual-wheel tire pressure readings dropped out and never came back. Because this issue appeared immediately after the tire replacement, I contacted the shop. When I called, I was told by the receptionist that it was not something they had done and that I should take it to a Ford dealership. What disappointed me most was that no one offered to inspect the RV or even take a look at the problem. The response was essentially an immediate denial of responsibility. When I arrived at the campground several hours later, I discovered that five of the chrome lug nuts securing the wheel simulator cover were loose and one was completely missing. One of the nuts would just spin and could not be tightened. This is a 2025 RV, so these were not worn-out or aging components. I sent an email to the company's customer issues department describing both concerns and requesting assistance. After receiving no response, I sent a follow-up email asking whether any action was being taken. I still did not receive a response. What has been most frustrating is not simply the mechanical issues, but the lack of customer support afterward. Problems can happen at any shop. What matters is how a business responds when a customer reports a concern. In my case, I was unable to get anyone to inspect the vehicle, address the loose hardware, or provide a meaningful response to my emails. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience. Customers spending thousands of dollars on tire work should reasonably expect follow-up support when issues arise immediately afterward.
