Horrible experience with the service I received. I had a pedicure which was the worse the lady was very sloppy and dirty with the work. It also took her less than 10min to do it and on my way out it smeared with the darn tissue she put in between. Save your money and don't go here!!!! read more

I was very disappointed in the service I received here for several reasons. I sat down in a chair at 6:08 and didn't leave until 8:22pm the nail tech was working on my nails the entire time going extremely slow. They closed at 7:00pm and when everyone left shortly after 7:00pm they turned off the AC. I was sitting in a stuffy hot room for over an hour. Im not one to complain about mask but I was wearing my mask the entire time and I felt like I was suffocating. On top of it all they charged my $56.00 for nail dip!!! I normally pay no more than $45.00. My search for a good nail salon continues :( read more

She rushed and kept filing down my nails. It hurt so bad. She then cut me . Basically they were talking about me and decided to rush my mani and pedi and hurt my nails. I came in there so I can have my old nails taken off. I told the woman who assisted me ahead of time that they were Gel X nails and if they take a different approach in taking them off. She brushed me off and began to take them off with another acrylic nail. After awhile she noticed it was taking longer than it should have and began to yell in her language to her coworkers. I became the sideshow, which was annoying since she kept yelling and getting rough with my hands. I didn't really mind her complaining, but she never asked for help and she continued to get even more aggressive with her technique that was not working for the first 15 minutes. The last straw was when she push down on my finger with such force that she almost tore into my skin with her nail. It was extremely painful since her nails were not cut and she was not wearing gloves. I got up and told her that was enough. I went to the front and said I was not paying for that survive. Almost in tears, I stated that was the worst service I have ever had. I've done my nails 2-4 a week for years and in different locations. Today I needed to go take them off urgently for an interview tomorrow. In all my years I have never experienced such low quality and rude service. I've had it all, but to make me stand up and not pay for service is a whole other level of terrible. read more

Went to this salon for the first time. Gin did my full set. She was awesome, she made my nails looks natural and simple as I asked her. I'm really happy. My did my pedicure. The only downside was, I asked for holographic nail color with color red base. It's just so happened that they don't have color white powder. So it ends up just color red nail polish with glitters on my toes. But everything was fine. The price is also descent. Will definitely come back here and will be a regular customer. read more
