Of course the sheet rock was installed soon therafter which thereby prevented the 2nd one being properly installed. So that was disappionting. They charge a very high rate for their work. Yesterday January 20th I woke up to frozen pipes. In the process of getting them thawed the out…read moreside faucet broke off and I had gushing water for 2+ hours trying to find a city person, since it was a holiday, to shut off the water at the street. So this morning at approximately 6:30 AM I sent an email to Chelan Springs Plumbing crying on their shoulder about my plight. They arrived at 8 AM diagnosed the situation, gave me a very reasonable estimate which I accepted and they went to work. I did agree to their suggestion of installing a shut off valve on the main line coming from the meter box. They also installed a new frost free faucet and new piping that needed to be replaced and installed insulation on the pipes so hopefully they will not freeze again. Cleaned up their work area. They were very professional and very thorough in their work and very reasonably priced. Would I recommend them? Yes I definitely would recommend them. Very poor communication, reliability, and customer service on maintenance. Jack installed my boiler…read morein 2022. It worked fine for a year then had a series of faults and issues. It was very difficult to get him to come out and service it. When he did come out, he couldn't resolve the issues. More troubling was inability to contact him, missed appointments, not willing to respond to my communications. Essentially he ghosted me on and off for a year. Eventually, I had to find another contractor in Spokane to come out and repair the boiler, even though Jack's work should have been under warranty. It was refreshing to not be ignored.
