I am very pleased with my experience with Allied Plumbing. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, they were professional and courteous. The office staff fielded my call, took down my information, followed up and dispatched a plumber on the same day. Kevin, the plumbing technician, assessed the problem, answered my questions and went over my options with accurate estimates for the work. He returned the next day and completed the job. He was patient, persistent and explained what he was doing, and why, as he went along. I had two other plumbing companies, a total of 6 plumbing technicians, look at this long-standing problem (2-3 months), with solutions ranging from repairing a failed drain line ($$$) to a total kitchen rehab ($$$). All's well that ends well and life is back to "normal!" I hope that there are no more plumbing emergencies or issues in my life but if there are, I will contact Allied Plumbing and Pumps. We traveled from Seattle to our Crescent Bar condo in Quincy on Friday...excited to kick off Memorial Day weekend. Excitement quickly turned to semi-panic due to a hot water tank & toilet leak (what the heck??) So we are thinking...Friday night, Memorial Day weekend...we are in trouble. So the internet search for a plumber began... after 3 other calls with no luck we found Allied Plumbing & Pumps. They had 24 hour service at a very reasonable rate. Brad the tech was at our condo at 10pm found the issue and fixed it. I have to say we were very impressed with the response time and quality of work! Kory with Allied Plumbing and Pumps saved our day and our rare family gathering. Imagine our dismay when this morning, with 14 people in our Lake Chelan home, we discovered our sewage pump had kicked the bucket. The first company we called was booked out two weeks and wouldn't even come out. Another didn't return our call for help. Allied not only responded and arrived at our home to assess the situation within a couple of hours, but Kory worked his butt off on his already scheduled jobs to get back and install a new pump system all in time for dinner! 100+ feet, trenchless pipe repair done here in Omak, WA (okanogan county / Eastern WA). Aliied Plumbing completed trenchless sewer line repair for a 100 plus foot sewage line that was in need of repair. Allied Plumbing coordinated with two other businesses involved in my projects and completed my sewer line repairs in under a week. This was speedy, as the sewer line ran under a busy street. Jaden quickly located source of the leak, assessed material needs, had all dug up, repaired and replaced all dirt & rocks ALL in just a few hours! I discovered wet carpet in my room last night and called Allied Plumbing this morning. They were able to send out 2 technicians today, Mo and Dalton. Let me tell you, if you have a plumbing issue, like my burst pipe these are the guys you want to come out. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. We had a pump problem in our septic tank and the very nice telephone operator told me we had to get the septic pumped before they could come look at it. We had it pumped today and the pumper told us NOT to use the water until Allied could get here. We called them and they said they'd be out. They were here in 3 hours. So happy. Service specialists were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and safe amid COVID. they came prepared with masks and were conscientious of any concerns i might have. There's not a lot of plumbers in the area, so you'll have to get in line to get service. But the guy they sent out was really fast and professional. We had a pipe leak and thought it was going to damage our basement but he got it plugged and pumped out quickly. They are great! read more
