I had always dealt with "Joshua", who is the manager and he was easy to talk to and seemed to get things done. I received the follow up call from "Joe", who Instead of taking responsibility, told me it would take three weeks for someone to come out and I would be charged $199 an hour for them to fix their own error. Rather than acknowledging an obvious oversight, they chose to shift blame and offer excuses. I requested a supervisor call me, and I have yet to receive any follow-up. Good companies stand behind their work; this one clearly does not. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and refusal to make things right is a stark contrast to the customer service I received before payment. They sent a couple of guys and they had it fixed it in a couple of hours. My sink worked after they left. Another emergency involved our A/C system. We had contacted a local Comfort HVAC company but they could not get the part needed to fix our AC. After 8 days without AC, mind you, this was the middle of August in Texas, we finally called 72 Degrees. I told them about the problem and told them we wanted to have the AC fixed by the end of the day. Believe it or not, they were able to get a part from San Antonio, drove it out to our residence, installed it and had AC that early afternoon! What a service. Now, here is the rub. It cost us a lot of money. In my humble opinion, they charge too much but you know, if you're hot after not having any AC for over a week, you will find a way to get it fixed.
