She told me that she will have Bruce the owner call me. (NEVER HAPPENED). I called this morning and was told by Michelle that Bruce was not in and again told that she will have Bruce call me. Following this I received this text from Albert. (We will no longer work for you as per owner of kneese plumbing). I called Albert and Bruce was there with him and he put me on speaker phone and I heard Bruce in the background say we do not work for you anymore and then was hung up on. Moral of the story is no mater how faithful you are to this business you are just another customer that they do not care about. You are replaceable. Communication goes a long way with me all it would have taken from Albert is a phone call letting me know that they need to add-ons issue and we will get out there when we can and that he will keep me posted. I should not have to chase someone down to get work done when I have been doing this for over a month. I am also a business owner and believe with out a customer you do not have a job, if a Curtis an inconvenience you do not need a job. Side note- Kneese did work for me over a year ago and forgot to bill me for their work done about 3,400.00 work. Being honest I called Chris to get a invoice and he was shocked that this had not been done. Now I could have just never brought it up and kept the money but we all work hard and money is hard to come by. I guess being honest to someone is not important and that my money is not good enough.
