We had a local man come out to assess who said the job was just not doable for him at that point. He had too many other appointments scheduled and what we needed would take up more time than he had. So he recommended Red Royal. They came out that same day and told us what the problem was. Power from the pole died due to the line being old and it not being buried in a tube. Replacement needed. They were out the following day and started digging WITH SHOVELS. They almost finished the job but the part they needed to connect to the box was not available until Monday. Back early on Monday they got the power going. Inspectors came out (Dunedin) and approved the job. They came back out and buried the line and left it looking like brand new. I cannot give enough props to the two men that were out here. Professional and hard working + friendly. We recommend Red Royal to everyone. Cannot say enough positive things about them. I called to make appointment, and spoke with Ginger, who was wonderful in keeping communication back and forth by email, so I could send photos of panel and other concerns. A date was scheduled and the electrician dispatched, Joshua was phenomenal! I had sent Ginger an email the evening before the appointment, to have Josh review it, and have all the information before hand for when he showed up. Josh called on his route to my location, and also confirmed he had reviewed the email. He evaluated the issues of concern to me, explained what course of action would be best to minimally have to go into any drywall, and explained several options. I had a bill in my hand with all of the information. However, I was told we didn't so I signed a contract. The next day I was contacted by our current company saying I would have to pay $11,000 fine for prematurely canceling our contract. I contacted the utilities, marketing group and the woman right away less than 24 hours later and explained what happened. Since then they told me I would be not charged fine with them utilities marketing group if I signed a contract for three years starting when our contract expires in 2025. I feel very uncomfortable with this manipulation. Our electric company said not to sign a contract and to report it to the utility commission. In the meantime, I'm getting phone calls every day from utilities marketing group saying that I will be $11,000. If I don't sign the contract does anyone have a suggestion for what I can do? He also shared measures they've already and still plan to enact to remedy some of the issues I ran into originally. While there were some communications challenges throughout the installation process, the overall professionalism and competence of staff is very good. In my recent interactions, they have demonstrated that they do care about customer service and satisfaction. Their billing invoices are still somewhat confusing and vague, but they are working on making them better. I would like to publicly acknowledge two people on our job that went above and beyond. First was Jose who did the installation, he identified that the lines didn't have to run the attic and other site survey errors that saved us time and pain. He was personable and professional and took pride in his work. The other was Tara who assisted us in identifying and rectifying billing errors and took the time to call and discuss each of my concerns in detail.

The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.
