I called to make appointment, and spoke with Ginger, who was wonderful in keeping communication back and forth by email, so I could send photos of panel and other concerns. A date was scheduled and the electrician dispatched, Joshua was phenomenal! I had sent Ginger an email the evening before the appointment, to have Josh review it, and have all the information before hand for when he showed up. Josh called on his route to my location, and also confirmed he had reviewed the email. He evaluated the issues of concern to me, explained what course of action would be best to minimally have to go into any drywall, and explained several options. Josh completed the job exactly as he said he would do, and this alone, senior citizen, felt heard, and certainly felt I was dealing with a very trustworthy company with TR Electric and in Josh, the electrician. I had a bill in my hand with all of the information. However, I was told we didn't so I signed a contract. The next day I was contacted by our current company saying I would have to pay $11,000 fine for prematurely canceling our contract. I contacted the utilities, marketing group and the woman right away less than 24 hours later and explained what happened. Since then they told me I would be not charged fine with them utilities marketing group if I signed a contract for three years starting when our contract expires in 2025. I feel very uncomfortable with this manipulation. Our electric company said not to sign a contract and to report it to the utility commission. In the meantime, I'm getting phone calls every day from utilities marketing group saying that I will be $11,000. If I don't sign the contract does anyone have a suggestion for what I can do? So we shouldn't have been completely shocked when our electric went out on a Sunday morning in April 2021 & the main breaker to the house smelled like an electrical fire. Still, we were surprised, of course. Sorry, Yelp, my first thought was to check our neighborhood's Facebook group for recommendations. After two calls & no live person, I turned to Yelp, looking for electricians "open now". Sunrise had recently updated their Yelp listing with details and had a few good reviews, so I called them. Shelley answered the phone & was very helpful in assuring us that someone could come out that day. She took our information, and we did have to provide payment of $119 for the emergency service call. Communication was great afterward, which included both a text and phone call a couple hours later when our service tech was en route. Kevin actually arrived a bit earlier than the estimated arrival time and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. After looking at our main breaker box, he confirmed that it needed to be replaced, and that he would be able to replace it that day. He also advised that we would need a surge protector for the whole house, along with inspections & permits which he would be able to do as well for the quoted price. Many hours later, we had power again, with a new main breaker box. And I'm glad to have a house-wide surge protector. This was not a cheap repair/upgrade, and we were obviously unable to get other quotes or compare prices on a Sunday, but we're happy with the work done.

The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.
