A few of them looked at me walk in but continued their conversation. No one asked "Could I help you" or even looked like they had any interest in my business. If I could give this place no stars I would. Maybe they aren't used to seeing people "Like Me" come into these establishments often, but that's no excuse for poor customer service. They are in need of New Management. If the is the quality of staff that we have to hire and deal with Post Pandemic our economy will continue to be in bad shape. Unfortunately, this was not the original setup as the single battery under the hood had been relocated to two behind the seats. After literally days of calling every battery shop in town, to no avail, we called CAS and they immediately sent their technician to the house, took the car to their shop, and returned it within a day with new batteries and a full electrical check up. The day of the big event, it started perfectly and was the star of the show. For the owner, the price was much less than he anticipated and he was doubly pleased. He has been happy to tell me when I DON'T need to spend money on something and also been careful to try to find the most cost effective route to go. While they are beyond capable of handling normal service / repair work on daily driver cars, where they excel is on high performance and track prepared cars. Bob and other members of his team have extensive experience racing, servicing and building full blown race / track cars.
