I was driving my son to school this morning and my message center on my dashboard said that I needed to add Windshield washer fluid. It's obviously not the end of the world, $5 jug of fluid easily fixes this, however...it leaves me wondering what else they didn't perform?? Hopefully my oil was actually changed. I won't be visiting Valvoline again. $134 oil change, you'd expect a little more.

I'm pretty sure they have had a management change since then as I have used them twice this year and each time was a disappointment. First, I called to purchase tires. The gentleman on the phone stated he could order what I wanted and he could see they were in stock but I had to drive there to pre-pay and he could not take payment over the phone. I drive there the next morning and another person helped me and was completely clueless to why I was told I had to come in and that no payment was needed. The tires I wanted, however, he could NOT order and wasn't sure why I was told they could be ordered as they were sold out everywhere. I ordered an alternative but when I came in to have them installed, no one could initially locate the tires but luckily were eventually able to find them. The second time, I made an appointment for an oil change and got several confirmations and reminders of the appointment from Mr. Tire. I walked in for the appointment and was immediately greeted with a "what are you here for?!" Told the guy I had an appointment to which I was told that doesn't matter and it would be a 6+ hour wait if I wanted to stay. He said just come back tomorrow I'll make sure you are first in line. I opted to go to the dealership instead who fit me in immediately and had me in and out in no time (plus did an alignment). The better service and timeliness much made up for the price difference. They called me after couple of hours saying everything looked good on the suspension side. Now tell me why just after picking the car up and hitting the highway the car begins to smoke under the hood on the highway. Pulled over and engine oil everywhere in my engine from the oil cap area. Oil leaked on the frame, alternator, exhaust and even on the side of the road I pulled over at. It was right at 6pm so nobody picked the office line when I called back. So, I called corporate office just to get my car towed to them and the agent I talked to pretty much told me. I had to pay out of pocket or go through my insurance to get car towed to them because they don't offer that service. and since I don't have tow package on my insurance and didn't have money to tow to them, my car was going to sit where it was. that agent was very rude and tried to talk down on me. They almost ruin my engine...please stay away!!
