I recommended him to anyone I knew who talked about car repairs. however the 2nd time,he misquoted me price &I assumed he did but he said he would be out the next week. I got the parts needed,texted him about 3xs asking when he could come.no reply.bad communication and customer service.if he misquoted me(and I figured he did) i am very easy to get along with alls he had to do was tell me so.knowing I would have to go somewhere else & pay the higher prices. it's breaks & rotors& i have a kid..it's a safety issue & I would of paid whatever he asked... after the 3rd text I sent & no reply.. I had to go somewhere else 40 mins away to get them done asap..and even more than the price he should have quoted me at. This was disappointing as I am a woman who knows nothing about cars & was looking for a long term mechanic.I would of gotten him a lot of business too working at P&G and my coworkers in the same situation as me.. where this would of been very convenient for a lot of ppl: so I went back & told the people I suggested him to.. how bad his communication was nothing like my 1st experience so up to them to use. but I no longer suggest. still never heard back. no "I'm sorry I misquoted" or a reliable company could of matched the price as his fault he misquoted. but regardless I would of paid him what he asked for good communication and convenience.. so sad ! could of had a long time customer here as my car is getting close to 100,000 miles and it's going to my son in a couple months & I definitely want to keep up with services for my kid to be driving. :(

I had order a brake, and rotors kit online from PowerStop. When he came over he noticed the brakes didn't fit right. So he ordered the brakes for me. He took a lot of time to call around for me to find the right brakes. Then he changed out my brakes. He has pictures of the brakes on his website. He never rushed the job, plus he came and got me everytime right before he put back on one of my tires. He just wanted me to learn the difference in my brakes, from my OEM ones. Stand up guy, very reasonable rates. Give him a call he will be upfront on the price before he does the work.

They told me to take it to the dealer and have them look at it. the dealer replaced the axle they put on the car and I went back to them to sort things out. I showed them the receipt of work from the dealer and they denied they did anything to the car and charged me for something else and mocked how much I paid. I thought I found a mechanic I could trust and now I will have to go looking for another disappointed that I wasted my money and time.
