They are located in a little alley that connects one of many parking garages to the Mosaic District shopping center. Unless you were looking for them, you wouldn't necessarily see them and you would only pass by them if you parked in that specific garage. At that time we were told that the hinges might hold for years or maybe months. A few weeks later they failed. Rather than stand by their work, Kleppinger told us that for $350 additional dollars, they would install new hinges for us. Had we known that a $250 repair would only last a few weeks, we would have elected for a hinge replacement at the start. We had hoped a company of this caliber would stand by their work and had hoped for a more customer oriented response.

Well, the genius lost his wallet. ‍ He tore the house and his car apart for hours on Sunday but couldn't find it anywhere. He had cash, gift cards from Xmas, a debit card, credit card, along with his drivers license and college ID. It was a very frustrating way to spend his Sunday and he was super upset about it of course but had to go back to school empty handed. He just assumed it was gone and he lost everything! Well guess what?! My doorbell rang this afternoon and this amazing gentleman was at my door (In Ashburn) delivering the wallet. He found it on the sidewalk in South Riding this morning when he was headed out to go to work. He left work this afternoon in Fairfax and came straight to Ashburn to drop it off on his way home. I contacted the company, they came looked at the issue acknowledged the problem told us they would email some solutions! I have yet to hear from them, I reached out via text again no response.
