The tech went tried to get ahold of the company but they didn't open for 2 more hours online it stated it could shut off the pump so it didn't want to take a chance because my dr is in Baltimore no dr around here would be able to check it for me. I think that there should have been a programmer there where I was getting the mri so they could check to see if my pump is still on and didn't get turned off. Actually EVERY MRI facility should have this programmer to check for people like me there not programming anything just checking for on and off I'm sure Medtronics and make something so every place has one.

I have no complaints about the DEXA scan I received, but I came out of the mammography area suppressing the impulse to call out, "Next victim!" That was about my seventh mammogram, and I have never been treated so roughly. I don't expect them to be a pinchless experience. However, in all previous mammograms, the discomfort has been momentary. Not so here; I was handled like a block of wood. The technician who saw me absolutely needs more training in relating to patients. I will not be returning. A drive to Annapolis is far preferable to being treated like that again.

When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment even though I had a text confirmation. Eventually they sorted that out. I was seen on time and the office was clean. The tech was professional and friendly. Hope they can sort out their schedules issue.
