Went at 10:30am on a Monday and it was surprisingly busy. Everyone is coming to check it out. Store employees were super nice. Moderate size store with good selection, but some racks were empty or needed to be refreshed. I don't know if that's because they are short-handed (which they are), or because they haven't had a chance to get to things with the crazy crowds they've had. Either way, I found some items to buy, and will definitely come back.

I had to purchase a pair of dress shoes, and I specifically asked the salesperson when I told her that they were a little tight, but was assured that they would loosen up upon wear and if they didn't, that I could return them. I thought, "that's why I love Nordstrom's." Fast forward two hours, and I had a huge blister on the inside of my big toe. I had to remove the shoes and switch into tennis shoes, which did not match my suit at all. But, I knew I could return the shoes, so I was OK with that. I took the shoes back and was told by a sales clerk and by the manager, "Finn," that I could not return the shoes because they had been worn outside. I explained to her that I specifically asked that when I purchased them earlier and was assured that I could. She said that didn't matter because there were scuffs on the sole of the shoe. I said I would take store credit and she said "aren't you listening, I said we could not take them back." I would avoid this Nordstrom's rack, find another or better yet, just skip them altogether - they are not what they used to be, they do not stand behind their products, and they do not stand behind their word.

Great place to come if you're bulk snack buying and want them all individually packaged and ready to just grab and go. Because they are geared towards businesses they open at 7am which is great if you're someone who likes to run errands early in the morning. The only sad thing is that there is no food court.

There is a whole freezer section in the back where you can walk through and pick out your cold items such as cheese, eggs, meat, milk, yogurt, etc. They also have bigger aisles for drinks, snacks and instant food items than regular Costco Wholesale places. From time to time, this location is great to buy stuff at, minus the electronics and clothes since they do not have what regular Costco locations include.
