They said if I purchased an appliance from Lowes, Lowes was not going to fix that appliance even under the warranty for me. How can they consider Lowe's a Veteran safe place, yet have something so similar to gun fire for those who have PTSD. They also provide detailed invoices so you are fully aware of costs and are easy to communicate with on cost saving ideas. Their shop may not have everything but they can order it for you to look at and give you sound advice on what you may want based on the use (i.e. I have 3 boys so I need a higher traffic floor) I never had communication or work this good with other contractors. Plus they really do show respect for the homeowner. The past ones would only talk to the man of the house (and the woman of the home is the breadwinner) Grants clearly respects everyone!
