I have to say that working with this company was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I'm dealing with a water leak issue. In order to address it, the ONLY toilet i have in the house had to be removed and so I needed a porta-potty. I was working with Brad's Septic Service and they were great! But my reconstruction company uses this company. They contacted American Sani-Can telling them that I needed a porta-potty today and that I do not currently have a toilet so it was an urgent need. American Ssni-can said that they could not find my home and could not get in touch with anyone, so they never came by leaving me without a toilet. I had to drive to the store to use the bathroom. They said they couldn't come back out until the next day!!! I know they never called me for directions and knowing i don't have a toilet never bothered to come out to provide one until the following day after 10:00 a.m. This is the WORST service I've ever dealt with. I would NOT recommend this company. Brad's septic service was just here and delivered a porta-potty for me. Thank goodness for Brad's whom i highly recommend! read more

I really can't review their prices... but.... we woke one morning , (Sunday of Memorial Day weekend) to a SaniCan in front our house! We did not order it, and thought it was a prank. We were positive it would remain for the entire weekend. I placed a call to the number on the front of the SaniCan, and of course for voicemail . I left a message , and to my complete surprise received a call back in less than 10 minutes!!! It was a delivery address issue, they came and picked it up, delivering it the correct address... all within 30 minutes. So, although we did not actually use their services, we would highly recommend them!! read more

One of their trucks decided to park right in front of a food truck full of customers eating lunch today. The food truck owner asked him to not park there and asked him to please go to the other side of the parking lot next to the spot he was going to be cleaning so that her customers did not have to smell sewerage while eating lunch. The guy laughed and said no he would be done fast and why should he have to move spots when this spot was open. COME on !! This is how this company allows workers to treat people. Wow. There were other spots open on the other side of the parking lot, just as much distance away and you chose in front of people eating. So who ever the guy was cleaning the pooper at 4549 NE 60th V soul food shack at just about 12pm on 6-5-22 you should be fired. Sani-Can has been around for a while. I've used them. They did the job. They have new owners now. I know this because instead of a grubby truck dropping the outhouse in the wrong place; this time they had a new logo and the delivery guy came in a clean truck with a great attitude. I could have been buying a Corvette....but, it was just a port a potty. With so much competition in this town for event infrastructure I was more impressed with the port a potty vendor than I was with the catering team. I do high end events that the simplest discrepancy can derail the whole show. I like knowing that Sani Can is a "fire and forget" company that is professional and accurate. They not only beat out the other quotes we had received, but also provided both the hand sanitizer and toilet seat covers at no additional cost. Worst customer service. I would love to give this company a zero, but it doesn't allow that. I ran to the store Saturday morning and came home to a Porter potty in my driveway. We did not order one, and have never ordered one. I found 3 different phone numbers and all of them go to voicemail since they are "only open Monday-Friday" even though they obviously are open Saturday since that is when they dropped it off. This place is horrible! Don't use them! Yes they are cheap, but they have the worst technicians, and customer service is garbage! I mean how hard is it to do your job properly? You really do get what you pay for! We have had them doing our rv black water tank for months however they were not emptying our tank, and yet they claimed they were (which I knew they were not because my tank seemed to always be full)! several times I called them complaining that my tank was not pumped! Every time I called them they blamed it on a clog, or my sensors, just about anything to not take accountability for them sqrewing up! So 2 days ago I watched the technician jerry do his job incorrectly! I saw him pull the valves for my grey water, and my galley water tanks but not the black tank (I thought maybe he had already pulled it before I came out to watch him)! I tipped him 5 bucks cause he has a dirty job! I then went to go put a black water treatment in my toilet... when I flushed the toilet poop exploded out of the hole covering my bathroom, and my self with liquified poop! It was absolutely disgusting, and took me hours of cleaning while trying not to vomit! I then called them after this to complain that my tank was now at critical mass, and that they needed to send him back to finish the job I had payed for! (keep in mind that my tank now has about 3 months worth of fecal matter in it which I've payed then 4 times to come empty... so thats 200 bucks and still not had the job done naturally I'm very upset at this point! The woman on the phone then told me she would talk to jerry when he got back from his route, and that she would call me in the morning! Low and behold she did not call me... so my wife called them cause we were in a situation with no toilet! They argued that our tank must be plugged even though the tech admitted he didn't pull all 3 valves! She demanded that they come do the job correctly today as we have no place to poop, she also demanded a refund for all the other times they didn't suck out our black tank! The woman on the phone refused to admit that it was their fault, and would not send another truck out to do the job right, nor would she refund us any money! The woman on the phone also would not let us talk to her superior! So we went ahead and called around to find another company to pump our tank that's now at critical mass! We called many company's and we got reffered to American sani can several times, and everyone that reffered us got this story, and now will no longer be referring anyone to American sani can! We had to pay a little bit more money to the company that came to us for our emergency but I must say they had much better equipment, a great friendly well trained technician who was not a complete idiot, and customer service was on point! Now our tank is empty as it should have been months ago and they even flushed my tanks for me! So now we know there was no clog, and our sensors are not broken! So for a 1/4 of the cost and no head ache the job finally got done right! Just goes to show you that you really get what you pay for! I am not sure if I have ever dealt with a more worthless company. I have been trying unsuccessfully for two weeks to get them to come drain the black water tank on my RV. I was told someone would be coming, and an appointment was made. No one ever showed up. Then I called to ask why no one showed up, and they say that someone did. Then they said they would call me back. They never did. I have left many unanswered messages. I do not understand why they will not help me, and no one will bother returning my calls so I can find out. I would suggest using any other company than this one. read more

We had a water pipe break at work and American Sani-Can saved the freakin day!!! They delivered a fancy PURPLE porta potty within an hour to our office front door!!!
