    This company had the best price when compared to other companies, which I was very excited about;…read morehowever, their customer service and communication were terrible! I reached out for a quote using their online form for my son's graduation party. I received a response very quickly and began communicating with them through email. Once I confirmed my date and address, I received the price and heard nothing back from them. The day before my event, I reached back out through email to confirm the delivery time, and they asked if I was paying cash to the driver or by credit card over the phone. I responded that I would pay with a credit card and then heard nothing else. I assumed that I could pay the driver with the credit card or give the info over the phone upon delivery. The next day, delivery day, I heard nothing. Not one phone call, email, text, or anything. By 1 pm, I began to call and call and call....no answer. I finally got someone to call me back, and I asked when I could expect delivery, but our conversation was cut off due to phone reception. I continued to call back with no answer. I finally got someone to pick up right before their closing hours, and she told me the truck delivering to my area had already returned and that my order was not on the list. I was devastated! I had multiple emails of evidence confirming my portable restroom order weeks prior. She acknowledged the emails, but said that because I chose payment with a credit card and hadn't paid yet, they couldn't schedule the delivery. So the whole time I could have said I would pay with cash to the driver, and everything would have been fine?! There was no communication about the payment difference and how it would impact my order. NONE whatsoever. The woman I was speaking to claimed there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said there were only three in the office. I am not sure how that is an excuse for terrible customer service and a lack of communication with customers. Had I known those payment details, I would have paid early, but I received no invoice or email indicating when the payment was due. Luckily, they were able to set up a Saturday delivery, the morning of my event, which I appreciated. However, I had to pay $50 more for that. She refused to give me any discount, even though the error was on their part. I received no callback to make things right, no apology, and no care in how my order was handled at all. Just keep in mind, they offer great prices, but it's not worth it. I paid the same price in the end and could have saved time and stress the day before and day of my event. This was the last thing I should have been worried about. I also received a restroom with no working sanitizer dispenser. Good customer service and communication are clearly not important to this business.
