They didn't take care in keeping our home safe…read more Id give Mathew, a 5 day one. He was first on The scene at accident. It's a bad situation when he showed up. I was crying. He was understanding Curtis and Jesse a 4 point for being helpful, during packout. They were genuinely nice but the people in charge of the project and estimates a 2 or 3. I felt left out of the loop. Jared doesn't provide clearly written documentation or accurate and clearly understandable estimate by insurance. By not completing the board up, we lost over $7500 in contents stolen out of our home. Burglars broke in. Doors and windows not secured by boards were the source of entry. I'll have to file a claim to repair or replace two windows and a garage door break ins. The lack of communication in storage fees is a big issue, a hostage situation. Make sure you get an estimate of cost of storage as that will be a surprise. They are paid over $80 per hour to packout personal belongings and document what they boxed up and stored with IDENTIFIABLE photos of each item, they failed to accomplish this. They did not fulfill their obligation to accurately document ALL items with photos what we own. Not a big box or a pile of stuff that you don't know what you're looking at! Thing's became mysteriously missing. The first thing that happened was I asked them not to break my grandmother's vase which they did. They also threw a very important antique table out on The lawn without regard and took it. I think overall, the emergency services were helpful to a degree but we didn't call them (when the truck hit our cars, that hit my car, that went into the kitchen and basement),;they just showed up and took over. I think they've been called ambulance chaser's. I'm sympathetic to their employees because some people that' work there were very kind to me in a horrible situation. At the scene, Mathew was a blessing. And packout, Curtis and Jesse were great. But some of the others not as much. They can do much better with honest communication. And provide 100% transparency as there should not be anything to hide.

If you see these people at your job, I suggest you kick them off your property as fast as possible…read moreunless you want to be over charged for a crappy job! I cannot say enough bad things about this company. We had a tree fall thru our house 2/2025. My husband was impressed because they were the first ones on site. After we hired them, the lies started and I think we talked to the job super, maybe 3 time during the whole job. We NEVER had a completion date and ended up just moving back in and James, the job super, started lying to us before we even got the permits. They screwed up the carpet; we were in the house 4.5 months before we got it fixed. The drywall repairs were awful. They overcut the hole for a wall heater. The painting looks like it was done by a 5-year-old. They painted the trim and base and tried to use paint thinner to clean it (and that takes all the lacquer off the trim). The lines where the ceiling was cut into the walls are terrible! And, it's not going to be fixed since my husband decided to pay them their last payment. The contract says they'll return the painting to the previous condition, definitely wasn't done, but they still charged us for it. So, I have to live with an absolute crappy paint job that I can't stand. We decided to redo our bathroom; we wanted them to replace the underlayment. It took maybe 3 sheets of underlayment and charged us $1,600.00. When we moved back in, they unpacked nothing (all the boxes were piled in the living room and bedrooms, not sorted), and cleaned nothing, we had paint, plaster and dust all over the windows, in the bathtub and everywhere else, but still tried to charge us $10,232.81 for "content mitigation". Do not trust anything they tell you! A word of warning! I have lots of pictures to back up my claims. K. Hart

This company came out and tested the flooring and confirmed there was asbestos. My communications…read morewith them up until this point seemed very professional and straightforward, and I was in a panic when I discovered the asbestos issue, so I told them to go forward with abatement. I researched online and learned that abatement of mastic on hardwood floors can be done by scraping or sanding or other methods, and the guy who refinished my hardwood floors a couple years ago got it off of the floor and refinished the wood without issue, so I assumed this would be the case. When I came home, I was horrified when I realized they had cut out all of the hardwood boards out of my kitchen and removed them, instead of scraping and sanding the hardwoods. I'm now out $1800 AND I literally don't have a floor anymore. When I spoke to them over the phone, I was assured that removing the boards was the ONLY way to address the issue, which is simply untrue. I feel like an idiot for not researching other abatement companies, as it was a decision I made in panic. It's too late now, but now I'm researching and finding all of these other companies that offer abatement in Portland for hardwood flooring where the mastic can be removed. When I saw photos of other local companies work post-removal, I felt even more like an idiot. There was no need for me to lose my floors entirely in this process. This has been a nightmare. I was told this company specializes in abatement, but it seems they specialize in demolition, and ensure abatement in the process of said demolition. Unless you're looking to tear out a wall or a floor or cabinetry entirely, I would not recommend.

My entire home including closets and exposed ductwork in the basement had asbestos and they were able to complete the work in 4 days total and worked around my family's needs so that we could be home when we needed to be. The ceilings look so good, even my texture guy is impressed!
