I reached out for a quote using their online form for my son's graduation party. I received a response very quickly and began communicating with them through email. Once I confirmed my date and address, I received the price and heard nothing back from them. The day before my event, I reached back out through email to confirm the delivery time, and they asked if I was paying cash to the driver or by credit card over the phone. I responded that I would pay with a credit card and then heard nothing else. I assumed that I could pay the driver with the credit card or give the info over the phone upon delivery. The next day, delivery day, I heard nothing. Not one phone call, email, text, or anything. By 1 pm, I began to call and call and call....no answer. I finally got someone to call me back, and I asked when I could expect delivery, but our conversation was cut off due to phone reception. I continued to call back with no answer. I finally got someone to pick up right before their closing hours, and she told me the truck delivering to my area had already returned and that my order was not on the list. I was devastated! I had multiple emails of evidence confirming my portable restroom order weeks prior. She acknowledged the emails, but said that because I chose payment with a credit card and hadn't paid yet, they couldn't schedule the delivery. So the whole time I could have said I would pay with cash to the driver, and everything would have been fine?! There was no communication about the payment difference and how it would impact my order. NONE whatsoever. The woman I was speaking to claimed there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said there were only three in the office. I am not sure how that is an excuse for terrible customer service and a lack of communication with customers. Had I known those payment details, I would have paid early, but I received no invoice or email indicating when the payment was due. Luckily, they were able to set up a Saturday delivery, the morning of my event, which I appreciated. However, I had to pay $50 more for that. She refused to give me any discount, even though the error was on their part. I received no callback to make things right, no apology, and no care in how my order was handled at all. Just keep in mind, they offer great prices, but it's not worth it. I paid the same price in the end and could have saved time and stress the day before and day of my event. This was the last thing I should have been worried about. I also received a restroom with no working sanitizer dispenser. Good customer service and communication are clearly not important to this business.

Better Air Northwest sent out an estimator (Eric) for free. He was really nice, helpful, and figured out how to solve our issue for a reasonable price! We received the estimate per email a couple days later and unlike other companies, no pressure was put on us to approve the job right away - instead we were given as long as we needed to discuss and ponder. As soon as we approved the estimate, we were contacted so we could get on the schedule. Somehow Edgar and Juan asked and also answered all the questions at the very beginning and we were able to do other things while they did these 2 jobs like the true professionals they are. They started by taping everything in the room with the closet, and it kept everything so clean! (Although they did clean up after - and left the place tidier than it started haha - not even kidding they cleaned our doormat I forgot to clean prior to their arrival!) The attached pictures were provided by them and show the beautiful job they did! But I've seen other little touches that proof they are all about getting the job done right. I had signed up for…read morea year with a different pest control company after a high pressure saleseman wore me down and got me to sign up for a 1 year contract, and I was mad at myself for the whole year for allowing myself to get pressured. After that other contract was over I found a pest control company the right way- I did an internet search and found a few candidates and read some reviews, and concluded that Aspen looked like the best prospect. Since then they've done a pest control service visit four times a year and I have had very little problem with any pests during that time. It's always hard to know for sure how much it's helping because you don't know how well it would be going if you didn't have the service, but it has been going well and I have always been very pleased with the professional and friendly attitude of the Aspen personnel.

We scheduled an appointment for the next day and immediately started receiving notifications from their computer system. Two of their staff showed up as scheduled and were able to provide an immediate estimate, and then were able to start work right away. They fixed two major issues - an outdoor leaking faucet (in winter when it was cold), and an indoor shutoff valve. Their team replaced our 30 year old hand-crank shutoff valve with an amazing, easy-to-use modern system (see photo attached to this review). What is hard to convey is their level of professionalism. The entire Christensen Plumbing team is on top of their game. From start to finish, they were amazing.

In order to address it, the ONLY toilet i have in the house had to be removed and so I needed a porta-potty. I was working with Brad's Septic Service and they were great! But my reconstruction company uses this company. They contacted American Sani-Can telling them that I needed a porta-potty today and that I do not currently have a toilet so it was an urgent need. American Ssni-can said that they could not find my home and could not get in touch with anyone, so they never came by leaving me without a toilet. I had to drive to the store to use the bathroom. They said they couldn't come back out until the next day!!! I know they never called me for directions and knowing i don't have a toilet never bothered to come out to provide one until the following day after 10:00 a.m. This is the WORST service I've ever dealt with. I would NOT recommend this company. Brad's septic service was just here and delivered a porta-potty for me. Thank goodness for Brad's whom i highly recommend!

We had the petite which had 2 stalls for our 100 guests. Honestly, it was enough. The inside was very nice and I must admit, I liked the added touch of the mints. They come with their own toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels. We seriously did not have to worry about anything. They brought it onto our field, set it up, then the following day, they picked it up without any issues. If those at Royal Restrooms read this, which I hope they do, THANK YOU! Honestly, I wish I could just tell everyone, rent from here. If I ever have another event, I will 100% rent from them.
