Fixes the torsion spring. 4 days later my garage door completely breaks, meaning one side came completely off the track, cables snap, it was a mess. Now...I know the saying correlation does not equal causation but this looks highly suspicious, like maybe the tech missed something after repairing the torsion spring? In any case the tech tells my wife we need a new door $4800, but hey heres an $800 discount basically got my money back from the March garage door opener replacement and if you want the tech to try to get the garage door down gotta pay us $1900(we live in an HOA and can't keep our garage door open for an extended period of time, but who would want to?)
