Since my husband is a veteran, and there would be no charge to come out see what the problem was and give me an estimate, I gave them a call. Our technician's name was Jesse, and he diagnosed what was wrong, suggested how we could fix it, and gave us an estimate. He said he would be able to repair it right then and there, but we wanted to think about it. Funny thing is, 20 minutes after he left, we called them and scheduled a date later in the week for him to come out and make the replacement later in the week. He was here for less than one hour, and my husband and I are amazed at how nice it is to watch our garage door go up and down evenly and feel it was the best money we've spent in a very long time! At a later date, we're going to have Jesse come back out and do some repairs to the other garage door. Both times he was extremely professional and friendly, and was even able to come out earlier both days, then originally scheduled, which was great!
