I'm just now posting this review, 5 years later, after having a reputable company service our 2 car and single car doors 2 weeks ago and finding out how Reliant ripped me off. Here's how they did it. Only panels, rollers, and drums replaced for $600.00. The service I just had done 2 weeks ago revealed all the old parts, including the worn out spring, were reused. The door ran rough and was heavy to open, poorly balanced, and the spring was torqued to its maximum causing a potential catastrophic failure. My advice is to request a full list of parts replaced and verify the work done. Raise and lower the door manually, checking the weight and the smoothness of operation. This technician knew how to rip us off. The receipt looked like a 10 year old designed it. Perhaps they're a better company now.

I'm not sure if Jeffery was my original repair guy several years ago but he was in 2022. He was professional and very responsive when I contacted him to work on my rental. I went to open my garage last Saturday and the spring broke, after finally seeing what the issue was I was able to get the door open and the car out of the garage. I contacted Jeff and he was willing to come and look at it that day. I told him to enjoy his weekend and come look at it on Monday. He came Monday looked at gave me a rundown on the issue and the price for repairs and that he would call back with a repair date. He text and told me 10 am on Tuesday.
