He came out to assess the situation within 30 minute (which was 9p), didn't charge me any "emergency fee", and solved the issue in under an hour with great professionalism. The cost was appropriate for the issue at hand. Lastly, he also noticed some potential future issues and gave me a heads up, and a quote. It was very reasonable and explained some questions I had about ongoing issues we've had. Overall...just a wonderful experience! This company is worth a shot.

I'm just now posting this review, 5 years later, after having a reputable company service our 2 car and single car doors 2 weeks ago and finding out how Reliant ripped me off. Here's how they did it. Only panels, rollers, and drums replaced for $600.00. The service I just had done 2 weeks ago revealed all the old parts, including the worn out spring, were reused. The door ran rough and was heavy to open, poorly balanced, and the spring was torqued to its maximum causing a potential catastrophic failure. My advice is to request a full list of parts replaced and verify the work done. Raise and lower the door manually, checking the weight and the smoothness of operation. This technician knew how to rip us off. The receipt looked like a 10 year old designed it. Perhaps they're a better company now.
