He paired it with the Cajun garlic fries, which he couldn't stop raving about--they're seriously to die for. The staff and bartenders are always on point, but it's becoming more and more evident at the lack of competent management, and any minuscule form of quality control. It's been consistently getting bad...but tonight was hands down the worst restaurant experience we've had in over a decade. Please fire them all and start over. Competent Management and quality control are non-existent. It's a shame. We used to love this place. (Your staff is the only reason this is worded so nicely)
