NOTE- A portion of the proceeds from this beer is donated to the Pat Tillman Foundation. That's a HUGE plus! Also, this franchise is dedicated to honoring our local vets and first responders too! This place is pretty plain looking from the outside - but is a very nice bar inside. Great menu and lots of items and condiments made in house. An amazing broad and diverse selection of beer. Sports in TVs everywhere and a touchstones jukebox. The food is really good. We tried a couple appetizers and entrees and all were solid. Very much a neighborhood joint with plenty of regulars. My sister and I met here for dinner and our server was one of the sweetest people in the entire world! She was so kind, attentive and patient with us while we chatted before looking at the menu. I ordered the buffalo chicken mac and cheese which I loved as it was super cheesy, reminded me of velveeta so I'm guessing American cheese sauce and corkscrew noodles. The crispy buffalo chicken bites were some of the best chicken I've ever had, I got their side of ranch which reminded me of wingstop's ranch iykyk. My sister eats gluten free so she ordered a burger bowl which was huge and she really liked it! I wish there were some booths but our table was fine overall would recommend for a casual dinner/lunch! I really enjoyed this place, everybody was super friendly, and the place was very clean inside and out. I ordered the Cubano sandwich and although it was on the smaller side, it was very good. If you are a cheese curd fan and searching for a location like we were, then this is the spot for you! They are only $6 during Happy Hour (Monday-Friday 2pm-6pm). They are really good, though the ranch dressing was very runny which was a little off putting (hence the 4-Star as small room for improvement). They also have the option to substitute an Impossible Patty on their burgers, which I loved! The waitress was thoughtful to bring an extra plate since we were splitting. The California burger's guacamole was loaded with red onions which didn't suit my palette but still good overall. We loved the atmosphere of the location and how it has changed since Barro's was in this spot. To complement the cozy dining room, the service was very friendly and attentive for reviews. After being rudely turned away by the manager at Point 22 Tavern for having Ollie, my small Yorkie and federally recognized deaf service dog in his stroller, we walked into Mr. Brew Taphouse--and what a difference. The manager here welcomed us with kindness and zero fuss. The atmosphere is relaxed, down-to-earth, and full of the kind of hospitality that's missing in some other nearby places. We immediately felt comfortable and respected, which meant everything after the way we were treated earlier. Only downside is to this place they tend to run out of beer on tap at this place and you can tell which ones they are out of by the tags on the tappers. I've been here a couple times. Service is very good, friendly, efficient and fast. The place is super clean. Great selection of beers and a couple of cider options. Burgers are great...no question about it. The fries are hot and crispy, onion rings were really good and cheese curds were also great. Lots of TVs with various sports options. We stopped by for the first time yesterday and it won't be our last time. The service was great and the drinks were a little higher than other places we go to but they didn't skip on the whiskey! We had appetizers and the cheese curds tasted really good and like the ones we get in Wisconsin. It was a little loud and they could use some sound materials in the ceiling to help. Great gastropub for burgers and beer. The burgers were great and there were many beers to choose from. I stopped here for dinner after coming out from San Diego to visit my dad for Thanksgiving. I'm excited this place opened up near his house! I started off with a flight and being someone from out of state, I was glad to see so many local breweries featured. I enjoyed pretty much everything I sampled and enjoyed how many different styles they had on tap. Some great stouts here! I went and checked out a brewery after this because of what I tried here, so thanks for letting me explore what Arizona has to offer. The burgers and fries were great. I got the jalapeno popper burger, and while I found it weird at first that it came with BBQ sauce, it actually worked really well! Wasn't overcooked and had a lot of flavor. I've passed Mr. Brews many times and always say, I got to try that place. Well, we did, and they did not disappoint. We both had burgers, and they were cooked perfectly and came hot. French fries were served hot. I had the Kentucky Bourbon Burger, Awesome! The wife's Cheeseburger was also very good. The server was very nice and let us take our time with the ordering. Drinks were on the table within minutes. The place a kind of dark, but I think that it's due to the window coverings [ tinting] on the windows that I'm sure that they need to keep that very warm sun out.
