Place use to be awesome. It's gotten so bad though. I will start with the good. I purchased a set of Toyo ATIII's from them a few years back. They had the best price and the guy that helped me was awesome. I've gotten my tires rotated there since, but not any longer. The last two times I had an appointment has been horrible. Todays appointment (June 22, 2026) was the last straw. I made my appointment for 8 am so I wouldn't miss much work. I got there at 7:45 AM. There were already a few people in the parking lot. Doors open and I went in. I was second in line. I tell the guy that I have an 8am appointment for my F350. I can tell right away the guy was not thrilled about being at work this morning. He checks me in and I sit down. There was a walk-in behind me for an oil change and tire rotation. As I was waiting in the lobby I see they take her F150 immediately. Mine is still in the lot. It's 8:45 now and my truck is still in the parking lot. I go to the counter to voice my concerns. The guy tells me that his tech "with the big tools" just got in and they are going to take my truck now. What does that even mean??? Why even schedule my appt when they KNOW what I drive? This was the kicker for me though. While waiting in the lobby a gentleman came to check in. He asked the EMPLOYEE how he's doing this morning. The employee said to him, "Busy...how are you?" I was like... did I really just hear that? Then, a call came in. I assume the person on the phone asked him how he was doing too because the employee said, "Busy...how can I help you?" That was it. I couldn't get out of this place fast enough. My truck was done and I left at 9:20 am. Never returning. read more

Good is that they honored the correction. Bad is that they didn't do a good job in the first instance. The car was sent there for alignment, but it was found that the car was going sideways. So, had to be sent back for correction. read more

This was my first time visiting American Tire Depot (on 4/20/26). I was helped by Randy, and his customer service is next level. They did an alignment on my Tesla, informed me that the lower control arms were worn and needed to be replaced. They offered to do the work but at a staggering quote of $2,352.32. I opted to do the work myself, and since ATD warranties their alignment work, I was able to take the car back after having done the work, and the aligned the car for free of charge, which really impressed me. They offer a 3 month or 3k mile warranty, whichever comes first. Once again on this visit (5/29/26) I was helped by Randy, and again, awesome customer service, very friendly shop and prompt service. Couldn't recommend them enough for car alignments. read more

These guys are fantastic; always friendly, honest, and fast. We've used them for some time and never had a bad experience. Most recently, I dropped in, without an appointment, for a brake check. About 20 minutes later I left with reassurances that (other than a little accumulated debris, which they cleaned) my brakes were in great shape, and a tire rotation for good measure. The very helpful gentleman told me he had good news and bad news. The good news, my brakes looked great. The bad news, he didn't get to make any money today. Appointment was at 9 Waited 3 hours for tire/oil change came back and said I ordered the wrong tires online 2 hours after I checked the car in, offered a different tire for 1000 dollars when the ones I ordered were under 5 then when I said no they said they could take off 300? So they are just scamming people with the mark up? Then they tried to shame us by saying the tires we ordered are low quality even tho they are made by the same manufacturer that makes high end tires? Scummbags and will neeeeever recommend this place.Also they cranked the heater on in the waiting room so you can't even wait in the facility. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Bought four new sets of tires only ended up leaving with three. They told me I needed alignment and that my TPMS sensors were bad. I watched the whole process while they were putting the truck on the lift for an alignment. I didn't even request and then the guy tried to lift it off the alignment rack and didn't know how to lift the back of the . I watched them as they cut off a piece of the tire that he said it was excessive and then tried to mount it on the rim. Had a meeting with his colleagues to see if it was OK and then tells me that it won't affect the bead. Look at the pictures. The tires got cut a deep cut . What a great experience! In from out of town, had the dreaded low air warning light on the dash, darned tires are new! Looked and looked, couldn't find a nail or impaled object, found this shop online and headed over. Was told it would take 45-60 minutes to get it looked at as they were very busy. Just about 50 minutes later, technician came over and I explained what was happening, and that I had inflated tire back up to pressure twice, and that it seemed to leak faster when driving. Tire revealed no punctures, no leaks, but when applying sideways pressure to valve stem, lo and behold, small leak! Tech replaced valve stem, reinstalled tire, all done quickly, and very courteously. Went to pay the bill, all they said was "have a great day and safe travels!" because they repair flats for free! This is the 2nd time I have gone in with them trying to upsell a service. I had a slow leak in a tire on my 2024 Subaru with 24,000 miles on it and was told my tires only had 2/32nd of tread left and it was not safe to repair the leak and would need 4 new tires. Knowing this was pure BS I took my vehicle to Les Schwab and asked them to measure the tread and look at the slow leak tire. I was told my tires had 6/32nd of tread and the repair was a simple one and I was out of there in 30 minutes at no charge and no attempt to upsell or deceive me. I had an appointment at 12:30 to get 4 new tires. Previously I ordered the tires I wanted on their web page and had a tight budget. They called me and told me they didn't have them and offered another option. Fine. I get to the shop and I'm told they don't have those tires either. We can give you something comparable and we'll charge you more. Also I'm told we need an alignment and they will not put the tires on without the 130 dollar alignment. Total upcharge. Way over budget from the 500 I was quoted online. Waited 3.5 hours WITH an appointment. Walked out at 4 p.m. I overheard that apparently they only have 1 alignment rack. People without appointments were served before us. Diego was very rude just like the other Yelp reviews said. Horrible experience. Needed an oil change. Price was good but Diego who checked me in not friendly. Never smiled. Acted like he did not even want to be there. Assumed I wanted a tire rotation which I did not want.
