One thing that helped was the location--there was a good place to eat across the street, which made the wait much more manageable. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and grateful they were able to help me while I was on the road. The only suggestion I would make is to offer beverages for customers waiting. It looked like there may have been a refreshment area at one time, but it was empty during my visit. Having coffee, water, or other drinks available would make long waits a little more comfortable. I wanted to swap out his stock rims for all black rims on his black Jeep Sahara Wrangler and thought it would be a simple in-and-out order. Turns out the rims I wanted had to be ordered online through Discount Tire and the process was a bit confusing, so I stopped into the shop to make sure everything would work. I met Robert at the service counter and he walked me through the whole online ordering process step by step, explained the sizing, and confirmed the rims I wanted would actually fit my son's Jeep. He also helped me move my installation appointment so the rims would go on Christmas Eve, which made the surprise even better. Do not go here unless you want your wheels destroyed. We came here to have our tires replaced. The service technicians did not know how to remove the wheel covers. Instead of using a simple technique to remove the center cap, they used a metal pry tool and destroyed all four wheels and all four wheel covers. Furthermore, they refused to provide any compensation for the damage they caused. Avoid this location at all costs. Go to a qualified installer instead. They claims adjuster assigned to review our claim accused us of damaging the wheels. On top of not knowing how to remove simple wheel covers, the service technicians replaced two of the tires with the wrong tires - and we have to run to the service area to tell them to stop and to use the right ones instead! read more

Took my 14 Honda on 03/07 to replace 2 tires, rotated new tires to front, drove to work, Madera, front was "hopping", called in was told to bring in. Went back 03/15, tires were rebalanced, informed both tires off .075. There were no issues prior to installing new tires other than previous tires were worn. Drove to work, issue still remained, called in, advised to bring back. Took in 03/22 tires were once again balanced and rotated to rear. Drove to work, no "hopping" but car was vibrating on freeway. Called, back in, spoke to Robert, advised tires might have "heavy" spots, bring back in so the tires can be replaced. Went in 03/29, Robert assisted me, replaced the tires and balanced all 4 just in case. Drove to work 03/31 no issues with veh. Thank you for standing by your products. I've come to this location for years! From nails in my tire, (which if in the tread they patch for free!!) to brand when tires . This trip I went to get prices on a whole when set of tires . Which is not bad I never feel like they are taking advantage of me and I appreciate it. They showed me different price points from a range of tires and all the tires rating performances . He even showed them sided by side so I can compare differences. Prices seem far even though I never really find coupons for this place . Four mediocre tires(since I don't drive a lot of miles or in crazy places) with tire protection $567 and road side help if a tire blows . Also side note if you need air in your tires really quick you can pull up and they will air your tires for free! read more

I have had excellent service from America's Tire in Clovis. I left Costco tires in 2007 due to the fact Costco lost my lock for my after market rims. I went back several times and no one seemed to know anything !! So I switched to America's Tire, Clovis . I had an issue with my 1999 tires , that I don't drive much , and the tires became over the 10 year mark for safety which I had only used 25,000 miles of the 65,000 miles the tires were warranted for when I purchased them. Unfortunately, I was not aware of that policy. The Store Manager , Jay, took care of my tires and made everything good. I can never thank him enough. Came to get my tires rotated, which is FREE if you purchase your tires from them. The customer service is always spot on and every time I make an appointment, it's always in and out. They have you check in at the door and then sit in your car until they are ready for you. Kevin was outstanding and patient. He answered all of my questions and was got me checked-in all in under 5 minutes. I was there for maybe 20-30 minutes. I sat down in the lobby where the chairs were spaced out and the WIFI is complementary. They have Top 100 playing so the jams were a nice touch! My low tire pressure sensor came on and I pulled into the store. I told them what was going on and they said they would look at it. I had a screw in my tire. I was told to go inside and have a seat. 15 minutes later they had pulled my tire off, plugged the hole, put it back on and reset my sensor and it was all free. This is a brand new store at the time. But somehow the management changed and the quality of service went downhill. I have been taking my wife's car there for a tire light problem that originated from when the originally changed tires. It got to a point to where they couldn't figure out the problem and said if it continued they would just replace the tire. Well, it came time to have them. make good on their promise Their representative Kyle proceeded to ignore our request and try to sell us alignments and set of four tires. I realize up selling to the customer is one of their jobs, but this was a little excessive, but the most annoying part was his neglect to honor a previous employees promise. I bought their most expensive Michelin tires for my Toyota Camry and I get my car back with a broken in seat because they let their heaviest employee sit in my car to move it and now every time I sit down in my seat The cushion squeaks and pulls apart much further than what it did before there's 300+ pound employee decided to sit in my car seat. They had over 15 employees that were average to thin that could have moved my car. They should be mindful about these things when hiring people and only have those people work a front desk and not allow them to get into the other vehicles and move them The manager took the year make and model of my car and claims he's going to buy me a new base cushion to put into my Toyota seat but I'd like to see some actual proof that he's doing this and not just him telling me because in situations like this words are cheap until the act is fulfilled in providing the replacement.
