I originally chose American Tire Depot because I saw they had a 4.5-star rating, and after my experience today I can definitely see why. I made an appointment online after seeing they were running a buy 3 get 1 free tire deal. My appointment was for 9:15 this morning, but I actually got there a little earlier and was greeted right away by Eddie. He checked me in, took my information, and got everything set up. Super cool guy... really sweet and easy to talk to. We had some good conversation while getting everything handled. He did let me know the deal I saw didn't apply to the specific tires I needed, which was totally fine. I decided to just replace my two front tires for now and come back in a couple weeks to do the rear ones. Honestly it worked out because I didn't want to spend too much money on a car I hate anyway I also got a wheel alignment and Eddie even hooked me up with a little discount for that, which I really appreciated. I swear this was the fastest tire change and wheel alignment I've ever had done. Julio handled the wheel alignment and Jose did the tire install, and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Super efficient and everything feels great... my car is rolling smooth again. I'll definitely be back soon for those rear tires and would absolutely recommend their business to others. The tire shop i normally go to was closed so I came to American Tire Depot for an issue with my mother in laws car. They checked out the tires and pointed out all of the issues they had....cracks, nails, wear and tear, etc. I learned a ton about tires that day. Went home and did a little more research and found that they were reasonably priced and could get the cars installed that same day. Since the MIL was going on a trip, I went back and had them change them out. Although I didn't have an appointment, and it was near closing time, they did squeeze me in. I woke up Sunday morning with a flat tire. I was very happy to find American tire deposit open on a Sunday. He got there possibly 945 the worker I believe his his name was Eddie. Was not pleasant he said it would be two hours. By 2:30 we have not heard from them I called and no one answered and left a message, no return call. 3 I called and someone just said yes it's ready without letting me ask if they found the nail. I got there to pick it up I asked the same person Eddie if they found the nail and he just brushed it off and said yeah I think so and gave me my keys. As I was walking to my car I saw a gentleman was working on another car and asked him if he had worked on mine and he said yes very nice so I gave him a $10 tip and asked if it was a nail and he said yes it was a small nail but they were able to patch it. If I need new tires I would not be returned to this company. Thankfully they were open on Sunday but I won't be returning read more

The courtesy clerk had his 5 year old son working while at work and refuse service to me they had 3 cars and he mention he was closing soon I was there 17 minutes before closing time I had a flat tire they said they would not help me because they had to go home which different did it made when they still had customers even if they closed what happened to custumer service I will let my family and friends know the treatment that was given to me another place that Was closing too but they help me out I'm grateful for good workers that don't care the time they are scheduled to work or closed the business they did not hesitate to help me out with my flat tire read more

Took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and comprehensive check. Was told on invoice that all tires were at 30 psi. One tire showed 22 psi with low tire pressure light within hours of leaving. I filled it up myself and it has held steady since. Not confident the tire rotation or check was actually done. Don't come here if you don't want to be robbed and lied to. Came here to get all my tires changed only to be robbed. Told Andrew that I came in with my original metals caps but the technician (Jose) claimed I didn't come in with those. I have pictures of it because I was going to sell my old tires online. Bet they swiped it to sell it off because they were original parts. Honestly, not frustrated with the missing caps. I can just buy from Amazon for $6.
