The tire shop i normally go to was closed so I came to American Tire Depot for an issue with my mother in laws car. They checked out the tires and pointed out all of the issues they had....cracks, nails, wear and tear, etc. I learned a ton about tires that day. Went home and did a little more research and found that they were reasonably priced and could get the cars installed that same day. Since the MIL was going on a trip, I went back and had them change them out. Although I didn't have an appointment, and it was near closing time, they did squeeze me in. Been to this place a few times and have had fine experiences. Last week I took my car in for an alignment and they told me that the alignment machine was broken and to come back the next day or day after that and it will be fixed. I decided to wait two days just to be on the safe side and when I came back they told me that the guy was coming that day and to come back tomorrow and it will be fixed and ready to go. This time I gave it 3 days before I came back because I was told it would be forsure good to go by then. I came back this morning and it was the same old song and dance where it is "come back tomorrow." No, I will now not come back tomorrow, if someone told me "come back in a week" that would have been so much better. I understand things happen but also don't lead on a customer and say "tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow" if you don't know if it will be fixed by then. The annoying part is not it not being fixed, it is the fact that it is poor customer communication to tell me to keep coming back and that it will be fine by then when it is not. It is not the end of the world, but it is enough to stop using this shop due to it being unreliable. How am I supposed to trust someone to work on my car when I can't even trust when they tell me to bring my car in? Hopefully they can have better customer communication in the future. The guy on the first two days was Steven Ortega and I am not sure of the employees name on the third day. Very disappointing and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I originally chose American Tire Depot because I saw they had a 4.5-star rating, and after my experience today I can definitely see why. I made an appointment online after seeing they were running a buy 3 get 1 free tire deal. My appointment was for 9:15 this morning, but I actually got there a little earlier and was greeted right away by Eddie. He checked me in, took my information, and got everything set up. Super cool guy... really sweet and easy to talk to. We had some good conversation while getting everything handled. He did let me know the deal I saw didn't apply to the specific tires I needed, which was totally fine. I decided to just replace my two front tires for now and come back in a couple weeks to do the rear ones. Honestly it worked out because I didn't want to spend too much money on a car I hate anyway I also got a wheel alignment and Eddie even hooked me up with a little discount for that, which I really appreciated. I swear this was the fastest tire change and wheel alignment I've ever had done. Julio handled the wheel alignment and Jose did the tire install, and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Super efficient and everything feels great... my car is rolling smooth again. I'll definitely be back soon for those rear tires and would absolutely recommend their business to others. I woke up Sunday morning with a flat tire. I was very happy to find American tire deposit open on a Sunday. He got there possibly 945 the worker I believe his his name was Eddie. Was not pleasant he said it would be two hours. By 2:30 we have not heard from them I called and no one answered and left a message, no return call. 3 I called and someone just said yes it's ready without letting me ask if they found the nail. I got there to pick it up I asked the same person Eddie if they found the nail and he just brushed it off and said yeah I think so and gave me my keys. As I was walking to my car I saw a gentleman was working on another car and asked him if he had worked on mine and he said yes very nice so I gave him a $10 tip and asked if it was a nail and he said yes it was a small nail but they were able to patch it. If I need new tires I would not be returned to this company. Thankfully they were open on Sunday but I won't be returning read more

Took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and comprehensive check. Was told on invoice that all tires were at 30 psi. One tire showed 22 psi with low tire pressure light within hours of leaving. I filled it up myself and it has held steady since. Not confident the tire rotation or check was actually done. Don't come here if you don't want to be robbed and lied to. Came here to get all my tires changed only to be robbed. Told Andrew that I came in with my original metals caps but the technician (Jose) claimed I didn't come in with those. I have pictures of it because I was going to sell my old tires online. Bet they swiped it to sell it off because they were original parts. Honestly, not frustrated with the missing caps. I can just buy from Amazon for $6.
