I trusted American Tire Depot to do one simple thing: put the correct tires on my car. Instead, they sold and installed the wrong size tires, putting my safety at risk and potentially damaging my vehicle. I paid nearly $2,000 for four tire,assuming I was getting the correct equipment for my car. Months later, after noticing strange noises, I took my vehicle to Tesla Service -- only to be told the tires installed were NOT the correct size and not approved for my vehicle. Let that sink in. A professional tire shop installed unsafe, incorrect tires on a customer's vehicle. When I called to address the issue, I was given the runaround for hours. When I finally went in person, the same employee (Virginia) who sold me the tires acknowledged the issue... but then told me I would have to pay an additional $1,400 if I wanted to get the correct tires. So let me get this straight: * You install the wrong tires * You admit they're wrong * And then expect ME to pay again to fix YOUR mistake? Absolutely unacceptable. This isn't just poor customer service -- it's a serious safety issue and a complete lack of accountability. No customer should ever be put in this position, especially when trusting a business with something as critical as their vehicle. I am giving this review to warn others: double-check everything before leaving this shop. Don't assume they will install the correct parts on your vehicle. American Tire Depot -- do the right thing. Ugh so disappointed. I spent almost $400 on two tires here not so long ago and the back of my car logo magically disappear. It can't just fly out someone had to physically take it off with tools. Don't want to accuse them of stealing but they didn't even call me back when my car was ready and parked it in reverse so I wasn't able to notice until I got home. Yes I got a good deal here but wouldn't be returning because I had to replace my car logo. When I changed my brake pads there was damage to my lug nugs on the tires that were replaced here! I wouldn't come here save your money and pay extra else where. read more

The manager was professional and pleasant, and I was out the door in an hour with a new tire. I told the manager this and I'll tell you, the bathroom at 110 Valley Blvd. in Rialto California had the best restroom I've ever been in. Been a client for years, I've brought in multiple personal & company vehicles. That relationship ended today when I was lied to by the rep in the front. I ordered tires on Monday 7/14/25 to be delivered and installed on Thursday 7/17/25. I picked a certain tire that I have had installed in the past and like a lot. I was informed by the rep inside that the tires I ordered were no longer made by the manufacturer and I should've received an email to confirm cancellation. ( this is the exact script I was told when I bought tires for my other vehicle in February) I said that's strange taken this is the second time in a roll I ordered a "budget" tire and they're no longer made, but I can upgrade to a more expensive tire and they will be there by 4pm same day. I spoke to a customer service rep from their main support number. He informed me that the tires are in stock & would be available for installation but on my notations the store rejected the tires to be delivered to their location. I will no longer be using their company for any tires or maintenance as I have in the past with person o & company vehicles. 4:50pm & I'm sitting at their competitor Americas Tire getting tires installed. read more

When i came in for a tire repair, Virginia asked me how my car was handling and asked about any future maintenance i needed. i explained to her I had a future appointment scheduled for a shop I usually go to, She understood and still gave me a quote just so i had the prices and WOW what a difference... i ended up scheduling an appointment here because the price was too good to pass up. I just picked up my car after getting a transmission flush, alignment, tire rotation and oil change. GREAT service and much faster than i expected.The entire team here has been awesome. I had a bad experience at a location closer to my house and Virginia made me feel so comfortable. It felt like i could trust this location just based off the way she treated me. it can be intimidating as a woman going to take your car for service and not feel taken advantage of! I stopped by on a Wednesday morning because my tire pressure light came on as I turned on my car. I was looking for a place close by that services tire pressure checks and found AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT on my way out of the subway parking lot alley. It was not busy when I pulled up. I parked where they check the tire pressure and a man came out and asked to check my tire pressure numbers on the driver door, so I opened my door and he then proceeded to check each one of my tires. He found that one of my tires was really low. He evened out the tires for me for free and said if the tire ends up having something to be sure to come back and they will be able to take care of it. I thanked him for his help and left. This interaction and experience I had for those 3-5 minutes I was there made a lasting impression. The reason for the 2 stars is because the light did come up and I ended up going to AMERICA'S TIRE in Ontario on Mills Cir and they checked the tires and said they all had too much air pressure in them and there was one with a nail in it that he can clearly see. They ended up fixing that issue and also patched up the one with the nail in it for free. So it is safe to say I will not be coming back here and will continue to go to the safest most reliable place AMERICA'S TIRE. read more

I would like to start by saying I will never go to the location on Valley Blvd. I went in and Virgina the store manager said she could not repair my tire that had a nail in it. She said because they close in 20 minutes. She said I can make you an appointment at 9am the next day. I told her I am at work at that time and she asked when I could go. She then proceeded to say. I have no appointments available for the next 2 days from 4pm to 6pm. If I didn't have a nail I would not asked for service. My tire would have been flat by morning. Let alone 2 days later. I asked her to at least put air in it. She did it and then said I need front tires. (Flat was in back) and said let me know when your ready. At this point i wanted nothing to do with this location. I called Foothill location from there and Rob said bring it down. He apologized for her not helping me. I have been in customer service all my life. This is the worst service. I will be contacting corporate office. This was considered an emergency fix. Not an oil change. I understand wanting to go home on time. But without customers. You won't get a check to pay your home. read more
