This location in a little trucker town called Rialto was AWESOME tonight. They offer free tire rotations as a way to earn your business. I went in at about 6:15pm (they close at 7:00pm) after meeting a client in the area. They were nice and did a fast free tire rotation for me. I even got a quote for some tires because the America's Tire in Corona on Compton Ave. lied to me about my tires being at 3/32 and 5/32. These guys measured my tires, and it turns out I have WAY more tread life and don't need tires for quite a while. Trust is hard to earn, especially in the automotive industry where customers are truly at the mercy of what we hope to be professionals. Went to this tire center and had issues with one Assistant Manager/Salesperson about an issue with a damaged tire. I needed to fix a small leak in one of the tires and ended up having to leave with my spare. After a bad experience, I was contacted by the Manager of the tire center who apologized for the way things were handled and wanted to make things right with me. After some back and forth, we were able to come to a resolution. I ended up purchasing a set of Les Schwab tires and had all my tires replaced after speaking with the Manager. I went here at 12:00pm. I had an appointment and they were able to check me in right away. While you wait they have coffee, which is pretty good, and popcorn but I didn't know how old that popcorn was so I didn't try it lol. They worked on my car-I was getting an alignment after I just got new tires that they Did Not have available so I had to buy the tires at Walmart. Apparently they don't carry my size of tires which sucks. They need to expand their inventory. Anyway they also have a tv and a couple tables and chairs to sit in. After a while they came and told me I needed a part to install on my car-somewhere, I don't remember, in order to fully align the car, that my car didn't have it, so I trusted them and let them do it. After, the tech showed me the printout of my car's alignment before and after. It didn't look like it really needed an alignment because it wasn't too far off from the ideal specifications but I had already gotten my car serviced. It was 189.93 all together and only took about an hour. I appreciate the fast service and the tech explaining everything to me. Terrible customer service, WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN. Today I visited the Rialto location for a flat tire repair, a repair that was easily identified & needed a patch. I could have done it myself but I figured I can go shopping at the local grocery store while this gets done. However, I return & the mechanic proceeds to tell me I need ALL brand new tires or else my "safety is at risk" quoted me $200 for 1 tire. I immediately knew what was happening & ensured him that my car is a 2022 with limited miles & definitely does not need that. He proceeds to attempt to instill fear in me. At that moment I asked for my keys & I drove off. I went to auto zone got a tire repair kit & did it myself in less than 10 minutes. I came without an appointment to have someone check my car because I didn't know if it overheated or maybe had some other problem. Was greeted by Eric and Brenton right off the bat. They are very friendly and took my vehicle to check it over for me. After they checked for anything wrong, Brenton came back to explain quite clearly that nothing was wrong and then explained to me why my car notified me about my coolant being overheated. He explained to me so well that I came out with complete understanding of the situation and I truly walked out of there with a smile on my face. Justin [West Broadway store] saved me a lot of trouble when he figured out how to get my new RAV4 Hybrid computer to recognize the sensors on my new snow tires [on their own wheels]. The Toyota dealership had no idea how to turn off the "low tire" warning light and said I would have to make an appointment twice a year when I changed out tires and wheels so their system could recognize the different sensors. Justin researched the problem and was able to resolve it. He said he'd let other tire shops know the solution as they all were having problems with the Hybrid. This post was from October 2018 (i just never actually got the submit button) So I've had a slow leaking tire for months now. Decided to check this place out and wow. I was greeted in the parking lot and was told there would be no charge for fixing my flat tire. 'No one wants to deal with a flat tire, we'll take care of it for you'. I was skeptical thinking there had to be a catch. There isn't any!! This store is impressive. Super clean, every one is very friendly. There is also complimentary coffee and popcorn. I definitely will be coming here to buy my next set of tires. They have won me over. Within 15 minutes my tire was fixed, they checked my alignment and I was back out on the road. (April 16, 2019). I have a nail in my tire. Came in and Joel saved the day again. They currently are patching my tire. Today I was picking up my 1970 impala from my bros house and noticed that my wheel was making a strange noise, well turns out that my lug nuts were coming loose so I pulled into this place and to barrow a few tools and with no hesitation the guys there lent me some. Dustin came out to check if everything was ok and saw what we were dealing with so he told me to pull my car in and he changed all my lug nuts because they were all cheap and already loosing all the thread so when I went to pay this man he over heard me n my sons talking about there BDay party coming up the following day and he said Happy BDay lug nuts were on him. I couldn't believe it! I told him I felt bad for the work he did and he said no worries, it's awesome to know that good people still exist and Dustin definitely got a new customer with me I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!! My son took our car in to have an alignment and tire repair and was told it needed new control arms and a few other things. He didn't have time to wait around for the work to be done so he left. Later that day we noticed a puddle of hydraulic fluid under the car, which was never there before taking it in. Turns out they loosened the bolts on the control arms, oil pan, and hoses to the hydraulic system. VERY UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT!!! We will never visit this location again and possibly will boycott Les Schwab entirely. We realize now these mechanics are on commission and trying to earn extra revenue for themselves by creating problems that never existed. Find a mechanic you trust and stick to that. Also found out they buy parts only to later return them for credit and charge the customer for them. read more

Sent my 18 year old son there to get an alignment, they proceeded to tell him how many problems he had with the car and wanted to charge over $600 to do the work and that quote didn't even include the wheel alignment. Part of the suggested repairs had already been completed ie wheel bearings needed to be packed and the hubs they said were missing. Dustin was great!!!! I went in a few months ago to get a quote for 4 tires but I wasn't ready to spend the money yet so I waited awhile and went back in yesturday. Dustin remembered me and honored the quote even several months later. I dropped of my car and went home to wait and he even offered to pay for an Uber home if needed. They called me and told me they checked my alignment and I was due for one (which I guessed at 50k miles). I told them go ahead and do it and I received a discount on that since I purchased 4 new tires. Everyone was kind and greets you at the door. They offer MANY free services, including snacks and coffee while you wait and rotations, balancing, and repairs*. And prices are reasonable compared to other tire places. I've never heard of les swhwab and didn't know anyone who has used them before until the new store opened by my home. I've been reading the reviews for this company and i came across one that I see the most. I purchased 4 brand new tires I was told I would get a free alignment once I paid they installed the tires and I was told I need my low ball joints and arms replaced therefore they couldn't complete the alignment which I seen in all the reviews here bringing a total of $700 plus on top of the $1800 from the tires. I went to my mechanic to get the parts replaced and my mechanic inspected it and it did NOT needed a replacement also I was told I needed new front brakes and new discs for another $700 plus I did my brake change and when I took out the pad we're basically brand new still .. I would avoid all other repairs in these locations just get your tires I have nothing to complain about the tires or how smooth they are but I think lying about NEEDs that you don't actually need is not good for the business. read more
