We were traveling Eastbound on the 210 when we heard a loud noise from driver's side rear tire. We exited the freeway and luckily made it to Roger's Shop. He was amazing, knowledgeable and efficient. Once determining that the tire could not be fixed, he refused to accept any money for his time and assessment of the tire. He said that he wouldn't take any money because he "couldn't finish the job from start to finish." Instead, he was able to fill the tire enough for us to drive the car to the Shop where the tires were purchased so the tire could be replaced. The world would be a better place if there were more people in it like Roger. Thank you again for all of your help and time. 10/16/2021 Went in Thursday morning and Roger was a absolute life saver. Totally flat tire and provided a temporary tire to get me to and from work for a couple days while my tires were shipped to the shop. Roger called and informed me that my tires had arrived and that 11am was available to have my new tires put on my car. Went in today at 10:30 and my new tires were on my car within a hour. My Moms car was overheating. They did a pressure test to make sure the block wasn't damaged. Thermostat looked good. Finally determined leaking at radiator cap. Replaced radiator cap...but they weren't happy with the fit. Charged only for pressure test of block. Topped off coolant. Out the door for under $85.00. Told us about an oil leak. My Mom lives in Vegas..but the next time she is down she is planning on having them to fix the oil leak. Mind you her car is about 20 yrs old. Roger is honest and he owns the shop. I highly recommend them. I have been more than satisfied with my tires I got there 3 yrs ago as well. read more

I will never recommend this business to friends and families!!! Previously I have, last Thursday I came in to get my tire repaired due to running over a screw. Plus I got an email that my tires needed to be rotated Only to be told that nothing could be done because my tire tread was bad I was like thats bs, mind you that was the assistant mgr, the lack of professionalism was beyond unacceptable, so I go elsewhere and boom my tire is repaired and everything is perfectly fine. The service here is absolutely horrid. DO NOT COME HERE! The two employees working were rude and dismissive. After waiting in an empty lobby for 10 min I had to walk down to the last garage to flag down the two employees taking a smoke break. Once I got their attention and asked if they could help me with my flattening tire I was told 'we don't have time to do that.' This was before 5pm...they close at 530. Apparently checking a tire and gaining a customer was less important than their smoke break. After being rudely turned away I drove down arrow and ended up GP tire and received the type of service one is to expect from a service based business. When I needed wheel alignment, my mechanic who did not do that type of work recommended American Tires. Roger made an appointment with me. When I came the car was taken right away and I had a comfortable place to sit while waiting. The work was done in short order and I was good to go. My son just bought a pre-owned Honda Accord which needed alignment. I took him over to American Tires, reminding Roger I had work done there. The car was soon taken and the mechanic drove it both before and after alignment to check. Roger said they did alignment on all four wheels and gave my son a great price. We were happy. Came here after getting a few different quotes from other local places... and was blown away by the price and service I received. I got a set of Hankook DynaPro ATm tires for my truck... and they beat everyone out by $400. They even included installation and balance. Other places wanted to charge for everything, including the disposal of my old tires. Crazy. Anyway, these guys got straight to business... and gave me the best price and quick service. Awesome came in got new front tires guy was honest professional gave me advice on other things wrong with my car which was helpful as I didn't know what he had showed me. Everything was good price speed honesty. The only reason I leave four stars is later when I washed the car I noticed One of my lug nuts was different. I had chrome colored lug nuts and now one is this old looking rusty one I understand if it was stripped or was damaged or something but a heads up would've been nice. This comment is in regards toward the horrid comment he left for American Tires & Service! I seen when Casey F. come in when he asked for service and if they couldn't work on your vehicle it was because you arrived at practically closing time 5:26 p.m. and my vehicle was still being worked on... it was not true that you waited 10 mins to be attended. As I seen your comment it occurred to me that just cause majority of the shops closing during that time you made a big deal out of it. And made this shop look bad in providing a service for you. So don't be so inconvenient of make rude comments on places you don't get your way. So just because you needed work done as priority that would mean drop my vehicle to assist your flat and it would require me to stay longer! I would have liked to leave this complaint on voice mail as I really don't post much online, but apparently there is not an answering service that is working. While the staff were friendly, I was VERY disappointed to learn that they did NOT fix my issue even after waiting 1.5 hrs. I did have an appointment for 4 new tires but they did not have the tires that I wanted in stock. I was ok with that. I then asked if they could then fix the nail/screw that is in my tire. They said sure but it will be a wait and likely won't be done until close to closing. I waited in the waiting room. My car stood in front of the shop for a good 15 to 20 minutes before closing (I could see it out of the window). I walked up and asked if it would be ready and they said oh yes they're getting it off of the rack. Really? He then goes outside and says oh it's done and hands me my keys. I said do I owe you anything and he said no but next time you're in town we would be happy to assist you with new tires. So I go to put gas in my car and check to see if indeed the nail was removed and no it wasn't. I can now see why I don't owe them anything (although I know that the policy is to do free nail repairs). My complaint is that if you didn't have the time, then why didn't you just tell me ahead of time and I wouldn't have wasted 1.5 hrs sitting in the waiting room smelling tire fumes. I would have understood and still had a good opinion of your store. So no, I won't be considering your store for my future tire needs. read more

Came in this morning as I was driving my car earlier in the morning and my right back tire was going totally flat. I stopped by the mobile gas station on arrow hwy and the guy filled it with air and then I drove right over to this shop as this was the first tire shop I saw....so glad I did! The guys here could not be any more helpful or nice!! I was so glad I came here. Jimmy explained how dry and cracked that tire was and how it can happen to the other ones as they are old...like he said...the tread may look ok but the tires themselves are old and need replacing. They immediately helped me.......no waiting at all. They told me the tire was shot and put the spare on for me. So upsetting as a female to have car issues...and believe me...I have had so many!! For these guys to be so nice and work so quick and efficiently to get me on my way...I cant thank you guys enough. I am very happy with the services I received from Roger at this business. I had a of noise coming from my wheels in the rear end that I thought was brake related. My car was constantly vibrating and making a thumping noise at about 35 mph and higher. There are mechanics out there who may try and sell you a bunch of work you may not need, this place is not one of them. I simply had some loose lug nuts on one of my wheels that they so kindly tightened for me and problem was solved. I admire an honest business and recommend them highly. read more
