Walked in Oscar greeted me at front, took me back to desk, explaining how CarMax works. Did an excellent job breaking down process. I explained what I was looking for. He pulled up some options. Oscar had an appraiser go evaluate my truck while we evaluated the 2 I liked. Appraisal was more than one , but lower than other dealers. KEY is they don't require you to sell it to them. Truck I liked would cost me $199 to have it delivered from UT for a test drive. I paid, 10 days later after inspected/prepped, I drove it. During the 10 days Oscar & system kept me updated of shipping status. Zero haggling or problems during the appraisal, search, shipping, test drive & final sale. Final paperwork takes a while, so be prepared to wait. Business office staff broke down the paperwork, easy explanation of cost. Thereby making you feel you are not being taken. I called two days later to confirm with Brittany (in business office) if everything was a go, because I will be going to TX soon. I am worried about my temporary plates expiring. She explained everything is great, but would personally watch out for them. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, because I feel I no longer need to worry about this. Brittany is on top of it. There are many different sales persons in the building, young, older, male, female, of color, Spanish speaking, so absolutely no reason you can't find someone to feel comfortable with in your vehicle search. Now that said I highly recommend Oscar (attached his photo) You are able to ask for him personally if you wish. Funny that wife & I found him easy to work with even though we have adult grand-kids his age. Young but a hard worker & quick to get you the answers you need.

They care more about $1000.00 than their customers or their reputation. This is their quote from their response to my BBB complaint "the vehicle was found to be in the same condition as when it was picked up... Enterprise [had] the vehicle inspected by a third-party mechanic [who] identified a wheel balance issue" So much for their "rigorous multi-point inspection by ASE-certified technicians." This entire experience was an absolute nightmare and the attitude that I encountered from the employees at Car Sales was incredibly inappropriate. If they would have shown some sympathy for my situation it would have helped, they made me feel like an inconvenience. The only person who was truly helpful was Arturo. Otherwise, the area manager Sam Leibenhaut, employees like Dashnie, and even the main honcho Mike Peters, gave off a very bad attitude. Around April 10th, I bought a 2022 Nissan Sentra. Shortly after I bought the car, I noticed it would shake at various speeds. Therefore, Car Sales had me take it to Pep Boys. According to Sam, Pep Boys told him that they recommended the wheels be replaced because they have flat spots that may continue to make the car shake, but the balance should have taken care of 90% of it. Sam said he could not replace the tires because the tread was still new. Shortly thereafter I noticed that when I turned right or lef the front of the car made a sound. Car Sales also heard the sound, so I took it to another Pep Boys. The CV axle was broken and the struts needed to be replaced. The car that I had less than 2 weeks sat at Pep Boys for a week because they had to order the CV axle. I never heard anything from Enterprise. When I arrived at Pep Boys, I was told they only changed the struts because it was still under warranty with Nissan. Nobody communicated this with me so my car sat there a week. Then I took the car to Nissan. Sam had an attitude. When I told him that I appreciated Arturo and his apologies, Sam got defensive and let me know he had already apologized 4 times. After complaining about Sam, I started working with the general manager of Car Sales--Mike Peters. After having the car at Nissan for a week waiting for the axle to arrive, they said the control arm and boots were also broken. Nissan said it looked like the bolts had been banged on. My car was at Nissan for almost 3 weeks. I had the car a month and I only got to drive it for one week. When the car was ready, Nissan said I had to pay a $100 deductible, or I would not get my car back. I had to reach out to Enterprise again. When I spoke to Dashnie on the phone, I did not yell at her, but I did raise my voice a bit, which resulted in her hanging up on me. When I did eventually speak with Mike, he wanted ME to pay for the deductible and be reimbursed by Enterprise--to which I said no. When I spoke to Nissan, I asked them what they thought happened, They told me that Mike had been giving them attitude and telling them that this should be under their warranty, however, it was obvious that this was not a manufacturer error--someone else had done this to the car. They assumed someone had hit a curb or something with it and then got it shoddily repaired. The car still vibrates when I drive it. I am hoping it is just the tires because Nissan pretty much replaced the whole front. However, I am too scared to reach out to Enterprise because of their attitude and Sam had said he cannot justify buying new tires since the tread is fine. The hassle I went through with Enterprise was NOT worth it. I went to them because I thought I could trust them and believed I would get a reliable car. I was sorely mistaken. Not only was this car seriously damaged on THEIR watch, it was not inspected before it was sold, and their customer service was severely lacking. I know Enterprise's values--they claim that their brand is the most important thing that they own, and they always claim how important the customer is to them. I was going to refer people to Car Sales, even my husband was going to buy his next car from them, but after what happened I will definitely go out of my way to tell people NOT to buy used cars from Enterprise Car Sales, especially in Albuquerque, because it is quite apparent they cannot be trusted.

Mainly because financing a car and renting in LA on my income was next to impossible. So I moved out of state and had been riding my uncle's son's bike to get around. Albuquerque and Rio Rancho are no doubt car cities. I needed a car badly. I had passed by M&F Auto Sales frequently on my way to get coffee at Starbucks. One day I noticed a red HOT car parked on their lot. I gave them a call and got Darren Martin on the phone. I asked him if they offer $0 money down payment to purchase a used vehicle since moving here cost me a small fortune and I had no more money on hand to spend especially for a car. To my surprise he said yes they do offer no money down. The next day I met with Darren, we took said red HOT car for a spin, and in two hours flat he handed me the keys. Fortunately for me I have excellent credit which also took me years to rebuild after being reckless with it as a younger man. Darren told me, "it's my job to get you in this car if this is the one you want". So, Darren and Gio ran the numbers, got me 100% approved, we did the paperwork and next thing I know I'm driving my new/used Mercedes GLA 250 4Matic SUV home. Listen, M&F Auto Sales are like my heroes. Darren was incredibly patient and kind, and so was Gio. They both walked me through every single detail and made sure I fully understood how everything worked down to the T. I seriously cannot thank Darren and Gio enough for working with me to get me in this car in record time. Buying a car is typically an all day event, at least in LA it is. But here in NM, they seem to get it done much faster than I've ever seen before. I was fortunate to had moved to a place literally down the street, and very lucky I got Darren as my salesman. These are great guys that know what they're doing. Professional, patient, kind and friendly. So if you're in the Rio Rancho or Albuquerque area and you're looking for a used car at an unbeatable price...do yourself a favor and go to M&F off Southern Blvd SE. Ask for Darren Martin. Thank you, M&F and Darren!

From the get-go, Marshall and Jose were absolute legends. Their energy, honesty, and expertise made the whole process feel less like car shopping and more like catching up with old friends--who just happen to know everything about cars and trucks. They didn't just go the extra mile--they went off-road, up a mountain, through some mud, and still beat my expectations. And then there's finance guy--aka the paperwork wizard. He somehow made signing documents (lots of them!) feel like a breeze. I expected him to pull out a magic wand and say, "Here's your dream car... and yes, the numbers actually make sense." I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. It's rare these days to find a team that combines professionalism with personality, but you all nailed it. I'm now proud owner of a Toyota Camry XSE, ready to tackle both the roads and the parking lots in style--and I have all of you to thank. I definitely be recommending M&F in Rio Rancho to friends, family, and random people admiring my car in parking lots (which I fully expect to happen). Thanks again for everything Marshall and Jose--you all rock!

Which is why when I had to take my late mom's Toyota Tundra in for a check up in order to assess its roadworthiness for the 2,500 mile drive back to Florida -- I was totally impressed to have a Toyota Master Technician on the job. These guys are the real deal -- we all know (don't we) of The Car Care Nut on YouTube, who gives Toyota Master Techs a great name and exemplifies trust and good ol' honest work. So being able to have a good, productive chat with a Master Tech is a rare honor indeed. Sadly, business is business -- so these chances are slim to none -- you might get a quick video tour, but its the actual interaction with your mechanic that really puts one's mind at ease. Truthfully in good ole Murrica where "the customer is always right (bs)" I don't blame businesses for protecting and shielding their most valued talent from the folks that can't tell their windshield fluid reservoir from their engine coolant tank. As for my trip, I was starved of time, so although the truck was roadworthy enough to get back home -- I just didn't have enough time in New Mexico to weed out all the kinks I wanted to. Now I am desperately hoping I can find a Master Tech back in Northern Florida who can match the knowledge and experience required for the job needed on my Tundra's engine ... here's to hoping the badge really carries the standard.
