I've been bringing my Hondas here for over 10 years, and I continue to come back because of the outstanding service. The staff has always been professional, honest, and helpful, and they've consistently taken great care of my vehicles. One thing I especially appreciate is that they've always provided me with a complimentary loaner vehicle when needed, which has made servicing my cars incredibly convenient. Most recently, they went above and beyond by standing behind their work and doing the right thing regarding an oil pan issue. I've been a customer of this location for years and only trust my Pilot to be serviced here. Today I went in to get my Navigation system updated w a factory cd update. I couldn't understand how to do it but VICTOR WAHLL in the Service Dept was able to do it. He was awesome, polite and funny!!! Bought a truck and within three days, it started slipping gears. I brought it back and they did two back to back transmission flushes with additives. Lasted about two weeks, then started failing again. The dealer claimed nothing was wrong with it. I bought the truck specifically to drive cross country, and the next month (still within that 2 month/2k mile temp warranty) I lost 5th and 6th gears somewhere in the middle of Wyoming. I spent every day for the next few weeks in text, call, or email contact with the dealership, and they did nothing. I was quoted from 9k-12k for a transmission replacement by several mechanics, and ended up having to trade the truck for a cheaper car, losing my entire down payment. I had an experience with a "manager" named Claudia. she was very rude and racist towards an interaction I personally had with her. She assumed my race was dirty and assumed I was affiliated with another race because of the color of my skin. i have never been so discouraged and disgusted in my life. I worry how she treats her coworkers and the people who work under her charge. Simply was not a Good encounter I had with a person who should be called "manager" within a customer serving building. I would not want any one else to purchase through this building or get tune ups here if this is what they allow to treat their customers, maybe even their own employees. Claudia is a 0/10. Management should also take into consideration of how they treat customers. We just had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2024 Honda CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid. We new what we wanted and they happened to have one in stock. Our Salesman Josh Coleman was GREAT. He took the time to explain the different options available. There was never any pressure. He listened well and got the answers we needed. Not impressed. Salesman wanted to run around on his phone all day bragging about busy he was. Left me waiting a lot while he took care of this guy or that guy. Loved to tell me how didn't need to make the sale, so he wasn't too worried if I didn't like the numbers. Didn't feel real appreciated and it was a bad start. As to the meat and potatoes of buying a car, they use these "cash offer" websites to lure you in and then start running numbers games. Want to play the "we're short inventory" game. Meh, lots of dealers in town have lots of cars. I had been in previously on a weekend and there were salespeople everywhere looking bored. These guys need to read the room - the market is shifting on cars right now. High interest rates and unnecessary markups are pushing people to repair their cars - high times are coming to an end. My first time here. Came in for a Honda Recall Notice I received. Continuing tweaks to the airbag system. I think this is the 3rd or 4th airbag recall replacement/adjustment that have been made over the last several years. Previous airbag replacement (twice) and tweaks were done by a Honda dealer in Tempe, AZ. When I arrived with my special "you need to fix ASAP - possible inflator explosion" letter, Perfection Honda got me in the same day. Coffee, answered a few emails, and an hour later I was on my way. My new Service Advisor - Chris Gurule - was super helpful and professional. My son in law is a huge car collector and researched the vehicle he wanted to add to his collection, but no one wanted to wait on them.. why, because their ages, because they were dressed down? My daughter's hand bag and hair extensions should have displayed money.. but they were young and in street clothes.. you dropped the ball HONDA! They had one person approach them after they waited so long and within a minute looked at the young adults and lied to their face wouldn't even offer to show any cars.. Other than our salesman,... everyone else including management, we're grossly less than what anyone would expect from a Honda dealership, especially one that's supposedly known for world class customer service. I paid cash for a used car at Perfection Honda, after being told that the vehicle was still under the original warranty. What they failed to tell me was that it only applied to the original owner. When I asked them why I was not provided with that significant information, the answer from the manager was simply "you didn't ask". I've never been subjected to such underhanded methods by a dealership to get a customer to purchase a car. There were other things that were either overlooked or ignored when it came to simple customer service, much less world class service. In a nutshell, they missed it by a mile. Darrell Gerber was an amazing sales associate! We had no expectations of leaving with a new car, but he helped us through the process and he made it VERY easy. We stayed within our budget and we were able to leave very happy with a brand new Honda Civic! I appreciate his patience with us as we had (many) questions. I've seen mixed reviews on this dealership but our experience was excellent!! I bought a preowned Jeep Wrangler. Price was right and I know that because I've done my research! I was let down by another dealership on a deal we wanted and they sold before we could get there. That happens so Zac our sales person was open and honest about what we can expect. We put down a deposit on our car so that it would be there when we drove from Amarillo to get it. Zac had us do a good test drive and let us go over the entire car to make sure it was what they said it was. When it came to financing we had a wonderful experience with Alex! He was very knowledgeable and kind and let us know our options. We got what we wanted and he wasn't pushy or annoying like some finance folks can be. I just can't say enough about these guys and what kind people they are. We drove the Jeep home in inclement weather and it drove and handled like a champ! I definitely broke it in driving it home. I had a headlight on my Honda Accord that went out this past Friday evening (7/15/22) and the earliest appointment available at the (Perfection Honda) Online Appointment Scheduler was for another two weeks! Yikes! Maybe they'll feel sorry for me if I just show up when they open on Monday morning, explain my dilemma to them and hope for the best. When I pulled into the Service Center on Monday morning at 8:30AM, I was met by 'Gavin' and I explained my 'situation'. He was very cordial and professional. Asked me to pull into the Service Center entrance, park, and check-in with Ms. "Cindy" at the Reception Desk to see if a Service Technician was available. Ms. Cindy got the assistance of (Service Tech) Ms. "Christy" and within a minute or two, Mr. Luis Garcia arrived and got my Service Ticket started. Yesss!! Off to the Customer Waiting Area I go while they get started replacing my headlight(s)! About 40 minutes later, "Luis" let me know the work was completed and my car was ready! What a Team!! Sales negotiation, when done right, takes forever. I'd be dreaming if there was a dealership where sales wasn't based off commissions, but I really do empathize with that fact. However, we're all trying to make and save a dime in this world so it's a tough bargain. In the end, I came out with what I requested for my purchase- maybe a little more. Don't be blind-sided, do your research before you arrive. Then, they can give you a fair price. For me, that happened after about 5 hours of discussion. Stick to what you want and be prepared for counter offer after counter offer. They did help me cement my feelings about which car I needed and were eager to get me that test drive. I made an appointment on July 31 2023 and was scheduled for August 11 2023. I called this afternoon to make sure they had the parts are were ready to get the job done tomorrow. After verifying the appointment I asked if the parts were in house. I was sent to the parts department. Very disturbing call with her telling me that I needed to have ordered the parts myself and the service department does not do that. WHAT? I have never had to call the parts department for a job being done at a auto repair shop. That is their job to make sure of it. My mind is blown away with folks that don't know how to fulfill the job or be a team co-worker. After owning about five or six Honda Civics and two Honda Accords, my confidence in Perfection Honda is quite high. I received a letter from Monica about a good offer if I brought back my 2021 Honda Civic EXL. My sales person was Annabelle who was a delight to work with and quite knowledgeable and patient because the first one I liked on the outside did not have the features that I am accustomed to on the inside. She pointed out that there was a Honda Civic Touring Sedan recently traded in, but needing revamping to meet Perfection Honda standards. I told her I was in no hurry and that was a good decision because it is now my favorite Honda ever, and five years older than my trade in. I also learned -- to everyone's surprise here, that my Honda Civic Touring Sedan was Car of the Year in 2016! Because my 2021 Civic was financed at First American and I thought my own Eagle Federal Credit Union would be my best bet, Adam Embee found a better deal for me at the Sandia Credit Union, for which I am obviously grateful for a lower percentage rate and better monthly payments. Annabelle was patient with me about Android Auto which I liked very much in my 2021 Civic. We are still working out those kinks with the staff here at Perfection Honda. A nice surprise for me was the new map system that came with my Touring Sedan. I like it more than Google maps. It is more picturesque and always gives you a feeling of knowing precisely where you are and what is around you. In short, Annabelle, Monica, and Adam surpassed themselves in getting me into a Honda that I love even more than any previous Honda, and I did not know that this touring model even existed! I already know that the Honda warranty is excellent because in one of my previous cars the oil drained out within 2 weeks of adding new oil. The entire engine was replaced at no cost to me. We arrived from out of town to trade our two cars for a Honda. The staff were friendly and helpful. Things were already agreed upon but it still took 3 hours to complete the transaction. These things take time. You get complimentary coffee and water. They give you travel mugs and key chains. Definitely not a stingy dealership. However...can I just ask WHAT is the deal with the toilet paper?? You are allotted one square per attempt. One square is all you get. You gotta go back and try again and again. Nobody uses one square! Please Perfection Honda don't make your customers wrestle the toilet paper holder. Take those pesky blocks off and let that paper flow freely. I promise we won't use one square too many! You offer me water and coffee and expect one square will suffice. It won't. Had to take a star off due to my frustrating afternoon. read more

I think their sales staff attended classes on how to waste your time. I was passed off from one salesperson to another, then half way through the negotiation process the second salesperson left and started helping another customer without telling me leaving me sitting for half an hour wasting my time. I repeatedly ask for an itemized out the door price but was repeatedly shown a monthly financing price. Even though I asked for an out the door pricing they kept asking about down payment and credit scores and if I had a trade in. Buckled under and let them appraise my trade and they undervalued by over $5000 according to KBB and Edmunds. But of course they came out with the ten page list of stuff they recommend that I fix due to almost being at the 75,000 mileage point and I could add any on. Bought my new car from them, easy process. But my first service visit was a nightmare! I waited an hour and a half and when I asked about it, they said it wasn't taken back yet. So I talked to the service mgr. and while he said it would be a bit longer, then 10 min. later it was ready. EH?? They charged me the balance due from my mtnce contract, again EH? I wondered why, no good explanation. Next oil change I went elsewhere............and was shocked when they told me that the initial oil change on the new car WAS NOT DONE. They said the bolt was still super tight like from the factory AND the oil was filthy. I was so disgusted, that I called the General mgr. of Perfection and pled my case. The warranty salesman, Robert I think, blatantly lied, stating headlight housings are sealed and only the dealership can open them to change bulbs among other lies (the manual clearly has instructions on how to do this. Not sealed at all.) to sell additional coverage and took offense when called out as not being honest (I've worked on cars all my life and didnt appreciate such a dishonest tactic). Took their survey stating as much and HE CALLED US to challenge the well deserved feedback. I don't appreciate being bullied by liars for simply expecting honestly from a salesperson and I hope this is read and acted upon. My daughter has been hearing a sound coming from her Honda Civic. She made an appointment with your service team member, Stephanie Montoya. Stephanie was so sweet and patience with my daughter, who was very upset ad worried about her vehicle. Not only did they not find anything wrong Stephanie told her that the noise she was hearing was just something that happens when Civics' get older and her car was in excellent condition. I've never bought a car before, and was scared I would get a "scammy" salesman. We got helped by Juan and he was honest and nice and also helped us find our perfect car. Brandie helped us figure out our loans and was also super honest and nice. We lastly got helped by Daron in finance and he continued the trend of honesty and niceness. Everyone there was accommodating to us since we had 2 children under 2 and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this location. Side note, we got a really cocky/rude email from a salesman from the other Honda (Garcia).
