My repair included breaking open my slab, finding the broken part of the pipe, cleaning everything up, doing a recorded video of the condition of the rest of the pipes, then button everything up like new and reseal the slab. These guys did a ton a work and left the place cleaner then they found that. This day and age, who does that!? Lol. Seriously, these guys are great, friendly, and exceptional at what they do. You can tell Blake cares about his work and his customers. Love it.

He was super responsive via the yelp "request quote" option and had availability as early as the next day. Tiffany from their front office was so nice when confirming the appointment and gathering the relevant info. Something they also did which was super nice was calling us ahead of time to let us know when the techs were dispatched so we knew about when to expect them (and they showed up in the 2 hour time frame we asked for). When they got here, they were very polite offering to take their shoes off, explaining what they would be doing and how long the labor would take. After they finished they explained the warranty, how to get the most out of the life of our disposal, gave a business card, and basically assured us of every question we could have possibly had. After a string of bad luck with plumbers this experience has me feeling good again!

All the "major" plumbing places were booked out 5-12 days, and we were headed in vacation the next business day. Curtis Leonard of Yore Place fit us in the same day, even offering to deliver the necessary part and explain how to do it ourselves to save money! Such a nice guy. I just had him do it for us (it was indeed a quick fix), and he said my husband could call him later with any questions. The other available plumber wanted to charge an extra $100 "crawl space fee", even though the crawl space is almost big enough to stand up (we live on a hill). Curtis charged us less than half of that quote. He will be my first call the next time we have any plumbing needs, emergency or otherwise!
