Working with Rolando, and RV Zone was such a great experience for my family…read more Rolando has been super professional from the very beginning, and we now feel confident in the purchase of our family's first RV. Every little detail was thoroughly repaired and touched up, even some extras thrown in without us asking. Rolando is attentive to making sure we leave happy, and if anything comes up later on, he will make sure it gets fixed quickly, at his cost, with his own free 3 month "house warranty". You can't expect to get that from a big dealership, or private sale. We're super happy and absolutely recommend this business!! Rolando has found a lifetime customer in us.

When I called the owner to ask what was going on, he told me that the title had supposedly already been mailed and that he would check into it and call me back. He never did. After that, he stopped answering my phone calls and text messages altogether. The only reason I finally received the title was because I kept pressuring him and personally went to his business twice. This situation caused unnecessary stress and should never happen to a customer who has already paid for their RV. The owner was very unprofessional throughout the entire process. I would strongly recommend being cautious before doing business with RV Zone.

My appointment was at 10:30 AM, and while I was there, I also asked about upgrading my existing (fanless) roof vent to one with a fan and rain guard. They had one in stock, so I went ahead with it. The team told me they would handle everything and give me a call when it was ready. By 1:00 PM the same day, I got the call that all the work was done--super fast turnaround. They also sent me a text with photos of the repairs and a video showing the new fan working, which I really appreciated. When I got the RV home and checked everything out, all the work was completed properly and working perfectly. Overall, this was a great experience. Fast, thorough, and excellent communication throughout the process. Big thanks to Zee and his crew for top-notch customer service!

Saw quite a few trailers. Liked 2 of the used ones asked if price was negotiable. They said no so we walked. Some of their used trailers are nearly the same cost of a brand new one. We aren't looking for new but felt like they were pushing new so they can get more money. The plus is they have a very full lot and have everything you can imagine.

They live locally, care deeply about the community, and treat their customers like long term relationships rather than one time transactions. This is a third generation business, and that history matters. You can see it in the pride they take in their work and the way they stand behind it. I have trusted them with everything from body work to routine service and more involved repairs, and the quality and craftsmanship have been consistently excellent. They take the time to explain what truly needs to be done, what can wait, and why. There is no pressure, no upselling, and no surprises. If they say they will do something, it gets done, and it gets done right the first time. In an industry where trust is everything, this family has earned it. If you are looking for honest advice, skilled workmanship, and a local family business with deep roots and integrity, Roger's Camping Trailers comes highly recommended.

This review is for the service department…read more After purchasing the trailer, we had a run around of information on when it was to be delivered to the facility. This is where the frustration began. There was some pretty significant damage to part of the wrap during transport, and that was fine, it was going to be getting fixed... we were told it was ordered and given an approx. date. That date came and apparently it was not ordered, but another part we needed was. To get that taken care of was beyond frustrating. Upon picking it up, another part we needed was not ready, so again we would have to drive down and drop it off. Even after this last drop off, after making the appointment because we were called and told the part was ready, the part is not ready and we have to wait some unknown time for it to "hopefully" show up. Each time we have brought our RV in for maintenance/ to get a repair, we have never been greeted. As well when we went to pick it up. Each time we have stood inside and not one person has asked if we needed help or even said they would be right with us. Most times there were at least 2 people not with someone, and many other staff walking in and out. When dropping it of, most staff sat at their desks starring out as we unhooked- it would have been better worth our time, if we could have been checked in while we unhooked. (We even received a call to do a survey about how service went and we did not have the trailer finished yet, so it is hard to give feedback for that.) We had several more conversations with the service department and a few more survey calls which, because we did not have the service complete, we could not give feed back properly. Upon our last pick up, after all the parts had arrived, we finally had a better encounter. I completely understand that they are busy with so many trailers to check in, work on and check out, but it would be nice to be have a little more support when showing up.

This company was actually the only place that had the product in stock, after calling several places, and they accommodated our needs without hesitation. We bought a new Coachman travel trailer this month from John. After a year of research and dialing…read morein exactly the trailer that met our needs, we found inventory in Los Banos and set up an appointment to see the trailer. First meeting was good, friendly, and confirmed what we were hoping to find with the trailer we had researched. John was courteous during this interaction and drove us around the lot answering questions. We appreciated that he didn't try to upsell us on other inventory that didn't meet the specifications we had been looking for. By the time we left, we placed a deposit on the trailer to go home and sleep on it. John handled some of the DMV paperwork over the phone and via text to streamline the process when we arrived for pickup. We agreed on final configuration including a lithium battery to be able to dry camp for multiple days running our fridge and basic power. Assuming the vendor whose sole purpose is selling RVs to people knew exactly how to outfit an RV electrical system, we didn't ask a lot of questions or do the electrical homework ourselves before delivery. Looking back, this was a huge error. Our first night home the trailer had no battery power. Hours later and many phone calls to Forest River roadside assistance, we discovered the tech who had inspected our trailer when we picked it up blew a fuse and never verified that the battery actually worked. Strike one. A quick trip to an auto store got us replacement fuses and we were able to charge up at home before our first trip. Much later, John finally texted back "XXXX showed you the battery disconnect switch?" Irrelevant and too late. First day we take the trailer out, we noticed the toilet bowl was full. That was a fun find. Dirty footprints all over the toilet and flush pedal, and a bowl full of pee? Strike two. By the second day of our trip, we had lost battery power and the fridge turned off while we were out hiking. Coming back to spoiled food and a thawed freezer at a remote site in the mountains was unpleasant. We diagnosed the entire electrical system to learn that they sold us a 100Ah battery at 100% price markup to run a fridge, which was never going to be possible. Strike three.
