1 Star -- Documented water damage, no response, unprofessional conduct Purchased a 2023 Heartland Big Country 3500SS. Nine days after delivery, water was streaming through the kitchen and closet after the first rain. Roof seals were visibly cracked -- something their service center should have caught and disclosed. Since reporting the issue: two certified letters ignored, emails bounced, service contract provider had no record of our $4,999 plan, CEO promised a callback and never called, supervisor raised her voice and told me her time was more important than mine. They also sent DMV paperwork to the wrong address and now want us to pay a $25 fee to release the $280 refund they owe us -- for their own error. Full documented account with thermal imaging evidence: bestrvworstexperience.blogspot.com

Thank you, Zee, Naiel, Gilbert, and the Best RV Center Crew!! We were traveling from Florida and did not realize we had damage on the roof of our fifth wheeler. We took it to Best RV Center. The Service Department handled everything professionally with our insurance company and fixed the roof without any hassle on our part. Upon pick-up, Best RV Center ensured that every detail was taken care of, including safety features (electrical), making sure everything worked, securing our hitch, fixing the shower doors, tightening the kitchen faucet, and checking our tire pressure before letting us leave the lot. All without charge!!! Best RV Center is truly the BEST!!!

We had a good experience buying our first trailer with Best RV. After shopping around, we found these guys had the best prices for hundreds of miles. Their lobby of sales vultures was a bit off-putting, but we knew what we wanted and came with an appointment. Best RV has been in business for years and their sales process was straightforward. We returned a few weeks later for the walk-through with Jesus, which included demonstrations of all the features. Since there's a lot to learn, we took videos. (Hey ownership, please move delivery to a quieter place on the lot. Next to the freeway made it very difficult to hear!) Best RV does have after sales support which we've contacted a couple times, though we recommend starting with Facebook groups or trailer friends. All in all, we're happy with our choice to buy from Best RV and recommend them to anyone in the market for a travel trailer or RV.

This business sells RVs cheap, does a poor job of service and rips everyone off. We ordered an all weather trailer from them and they delivered a non-insulated trailer to our property at 5,000 ft elevation where we cant keep it warm. They did ZERO dealer prep, missing several defects such as a non working water heater, a converter that does not charge and a bad AC unit. We had to pay a mobile service to fix all the overlooked issues. Check them out, they have multiple lawsuits, consumer complaints, BBB complaints etc.... REALLY bad folks.

We purchased a new trailer through camping world in 2023 and recently decided we wanted to trade it in for a bigger trailer. We originally reached out to camping world who never got back to us even when we told them we were ready to buy... and has still not got back to us! Best RV was recommended to us from friends who had purchased their trailers from here. We had nothing but great customer service at Best RV and got a great deal on our new trailer. We worked with Mario Ammari who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and understanding about our wants and needs. He was patient, understanding and acknowledged that we would be driving close to 3 hours just to get to their location. Mario never kept us waiting and had an answer to every question we had. We found the trailer we wanted, finalized the trade in, and returned the following week to pick up our new 2026 trailer which was dialed in and ready for us. From here, we met a different Mario in service . He walked us through our trailer and answered all of our questions. He performed our walk through for pickup and was professional and very friendly! He went above and beyond and even took the extra time to set up our WDH for our new trailer. A week later we noticed one item missing that the manufacturer must have forgot to install. I reached out to Mario Ammari and he called me almost immediately and is addressing the missing item! We 10/10 recommend Best RV and if you can, ask for Mario Ammari!

I bought my RV new here about a year ago and recently brought it in for some warranty work, including an electrical issue with my leveling system, a non-working heat vent, and a window valence repair. My appointment was at 10:30 AM, and while I was there, I also asked about upgrading my existing (fanless) roof vent to one with a fan and rain guard. They had one in stock, so I went ahead with it. The team told me they would handle everything and give me a call when it was ready. By 1:00 PM the same day, I got the call that all the work was done--super fast turnaround. They also sent me a text with photos of the repairs and a video showing the new fan working, which I really appreciated. When I got the RV home and checked everything out, all the work was completed properly and working perfectly. Overall, this was a great experience. Fast, thorough, and excellent communication throughout the process. Big thanks to Zee and his crew for top-notch customer service! read more

I want to say thank you to Mario who works at Best RV. He took the time to go over everything that had to do with the camper trailer we purchased at Best RV. He was very professional and friendly. He cared about our concerns and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the product. Also, I would like to thank Monty, the Service Manager for his patience and understanding. He was a great help getting the repairs done to our satisfaction. Mark and Sandra Kaufman read more

My experience started out amazing, but didn't end that way unfortunately. I walked in with my good friend and his wife so they could look at down sizing their trailer and also look at getting one myself. We walked in on Memorial Day holiday without an appointment and was greeted by the sales rep Sal. He was great and knowledgeable and got us to the exact type of units we were looking for. Within 30-45 minutes we all fell in love with the same trailer, a 2026 keystone bullet. It had everything and the price seemed fair, almost too good to be true. After picking the trailer out we went back to run numbers and do financing with Manny, he was laid back and understanding and made things as easy as he could. Then came the first issue, my friend wanted to break even and not roll over negative equity into his new trailer and they were way off from accomplishing that. One of the owners came in and tried to negotiate and was rude and argumentative and unwilling to work with us despite having to deals on the table. Unfortunately I still wanted the trailer and decided to proceed with the purchase. After I finalized all the paperwork then the owner came back and wanted to make the deal. Let me mention that my sales person said that if I had the trailer hitch that they would install it as part of the purchase. This is where my biggest issue is. As someone in sales myself you don't make a promise to a customer that you can't or won't live up to. So after coming back a little over a week later to pick up my trailer and do the walk through I met Sako, another super laid back worker that was thorough and understanding. Once I explained what the sales rep said he immediately let me know that I was probably going to be charged and that they never do that for free as part of a sale. He did try everything to see if he could get it installed like I was promised to no success. Now I'm furious cause now I'm getting an extra charge I was not expecting. He went as far to ask the other owner who is not the original one we dealt with and he to was argumentative and unwilling to make a customer happy after they got their sale. I understand his point about liability and being sued which I respect but the unwillingness to bend and work with making your customer was happy over a 20 minute install and instead charging a full hour for labor is absurd. If they are treating paying customers like this imagine how the poor people that work here are getting treated when there's no other punching bags around. Needless to say I will not refer anyone here after today's experience and I do not recommend this business solely on how we've been treated through this process. Cliff notes - beware of poor customer service Manny and Sako were amazing The owners are terrible and don't care about happy customers as long as they make their money read more

Sales staff is not trained or knowledgeable about the products. We wanted a unit with an outside kitchen. The salesman ( had enough colon on to gag a maget) started showing us units and pointing to the outside heater vents saying that was the outside kitchen. When we asked him how to put the table out he broke it. When asked how to recline the recliner he could not do it. When asked how long the battery would run the fridge he didn't know. You may save a couple hundred bucks here but in the end you'll loose. I found the staff misleading and dishonest. read more

Raymond in service is AMAZING!!!! Called in for advice because I couldn't get hot water from my faucets and in less than 2 minutes he had it working and explained how I can work around this in the future. Not only did we have a great experience purchasing our camper there but this is the 2nd time I've called with an issue while camping and they have walked me through the fix over the phone. Thanks again Raymond and Best RV for some awesome service!!! read more

worst buying experience ever! The owner, Naiel, is rude, didn't honor the ad, and then hung up on us when we tried to give him a chance to resolve. Over $100! unbelievable. We negotiated a price with him and then when we picked up the unit, there were things missing that were listed in their ad. The ad that has their logo splashed all over it. They refused to take responsibility for the ad, saying it was not their ad. Huh? Then Naiel tells us he did us a favor with the price, like negotiating never happens, and if we want we can just get our money back and he will sell it for more. And then he hangs up. Just be careful if you work with them. Don't do online and don't do a FaceTime walkthrough. This is a buyer beware business. read more

unprofessional. We had called about a trailer, we were told the trailer was available. I had given them all my information, "the papers were drawn up" and we were on the way. Our drive was 4 hours. I told them we would be there at 2pm. Then, at 1:15, 3 hours into our drive, the sales rep called me and said the manager sold the unit in that time frame. He then proceeded to try and sell me another unit that was $10k over the price of the original unit. He kept repeating "my manager is doing you a favor". He was giving me monthly payment quotes without telling me the full price or interest rate. When I asked for that information, he said "let me finish", all the while avoiding the final price And crap interest rate. I would not do business with this company. read more
What a great selection of RVs! They have everything! When you walk in, there is a lot of workers, so it feels a bit overwhelming. Once assigned to a person, they take you around the lot- by golf cart. This place is huge!! We looked at several units and were given great information. We never felt rushed at any point. As we made our decision, they helped us work through the finance department and get all the paperwork completed. Upon picking up, we had the best experience with the tech walking us through each part. He was so helpful and there were no dumb questions. We felt so confident leaving the place. They even set us up with a delivery person (who came next day to drop the RV off). Prices were right too! read more

George, this will be what I write on yelp in Google today As a customer of Best RV, I want to start by saying that my interactions with the sales team and front office were very professional and positive. However, once the purchase was completed, the level of customer service dropped significantly. After becoming a confirmed buyer, the experience on the back end did not match the professionalism shown upfront. For example, the delivery coordinator I spoke with was confrontational and unprofessional in her communication. Her tone and language were inappropriate, and I had to interrupt multiple times to correct inaccurate assumptions and clarify my position. It took repeated effort just to ensure we were aligned. Another concern was the walkthrough process. Since I purchased a used RV, I expected a knowledgeable overview of the unit. While the basics were covered, the individual conducting the walkthrough lacked familiarity with the RV. When I asked questions, there were several instances where he simply responded, "I don't know," without offering to follow up or find the answers. That lack of ownership was disappointing. Overall, the process felt rushed, as though I was being pushed through to sign off and complete the transaction rather than being supported as a customer. My advice to prospective buyers is this: the front-end experience is strong, but the back-end operations need significant improvement in professionalism, communication, and product knowledge. It may benefit the organization to invest in stronger operational leadership to elevate the customer experience after the sale. I hope this helps others make a more informed decision. read more

Terrible experience. Complete con artists. They assured us that having our RV delivered would be the safest bet and that we would be covered. The delivery driver was incompetent and damaged our property and our neighbors property. The delivery driver - Kevin Sachs delivery also damaged our RV. He had my disabled father sign a waiver - which is invalid as he had no rights to sign off. And, now Monte from the RV center is claiming that we're SOL. GO ELSEWHERE. If you want a deal when purchasing a RV... this is the place for that. I will give them 5 stars when it comes to sales BUT the service side is where it all goes wrong. Stay the hell away from this place if you want your RV to be worked on in any way, shape or form. May you never have to deal with Scott in the service department. Scott lies. Period. He will tell you that he has ordered parts when he hasn't. He will tell you that warped linoleum on the floor of a 6 month old trailer is "normal". The lady that books the appointments doesn't know if she is coming or going. She mixes things up more than she gets them straight. They will take a repair that should be a quick process and drag it out for 4 months and it still won't be complete. Trust me when I tell you that this place will cause you stress, anxiety, frustration, pure god damn rage. Just do your self a favor and go to another dealership altogether. Or don't and you too can be just as disgruntled as I. The choice is yours. read more

I'd leave zero stars if I could. They price their RV's well. So buy your RV there and never look back. This bad review is for the service department not sales. Don't bother buying an extended warranty, it's a waste unless something catastrophic happens. Water leaks, nope that's a bad design and cosmetic. It's not covered. I'm very disappointed with the subpar customer service in the service department. read more

Time for an update! The road to happiness ends once you sign that paperwork I'm quickly finding out. Went to get my first repairs done on my trailer through the extended warranty I purchased. "Wait until you have multiple repairs and then service them all. You'll pay $100 and everything will be covered!". LIES Went for repairs with 7-8 issues. ALL rejected except 2 and they wouldn't even cover the full cost of labor for those repairs! "$100 deductible and that's all you'll pay!" No, sir. You lied. Go for the best prices you can find, but buyer beware. That's where the good part ends. read more

After weighing my options between various dealers and Best RV, I ultimately chose a Grand Design Toyhauler. The model that I really wanted turned out to be too heavy for my setup, but I appreciated that there was no pressure to buy it anyway like many dealers would. So why am I leaving a review? I've actually done business with Best RV before--and to be honest, it wasn't a great experience. I won't go into all the details, but the process left a bitter taste. Despite that, I came back for one simple reason: their prices are unbeatable. What really made the difference this time was working with Ben. After dealing with pushy, typical used-car-style sales tactics at other dealerships, it was a relief to meet someone straightforward and trustworthy. Ben was honest, low-pressure, and genuinely helpful throughout. If you're in the market for an RV and Best RV has what you're looking for, ask for Ben. He's the kind of guy I'd want on my own team if I were running a business. Again, if you are serious on purchasing an RV, look for BEN! read more

A couple weeks ago we went trailer hunting. We are looking for something that fits our needs and hits us when we first see it. Our 2nd stop was Best Rv in Turlock. We were greeted when we arrived by the Sales Team Manager Johnny. Seemed nice and polite. We told him what we were interested in seeing and he showed us maybe 6 new trailers. We then asked if there were any used trailers that fit our wants/needs, he said no nothing I would show you. We then told him we werent ready to buy today and immediately felt like his demeanor changed. We sped back to the main building in his golf cart. No asking if there was anything else he could show us. No offering to look for something we would be interested in. (Like other dealers have) We walked into the bldg, he handed us his card and said call me when you're ready and walked away. We left there feeling like what the heck. All he wanted was a sale. Forget about forming a relationship with someone so that they would possibly come back to him because he was the best person to purchase from. We are serious buyers and are going to buy sometime soon. But in a hurry? No. This seems to be the MO with the Best RV center in Turlock. We have been there a couple times and purchased once before. We said after that first experience we wouldn't go back. We thought this time might be different and we would give them a chance again. Waste of time. More of the same. Best RV has a ton of room for improvement. read more

We had such a great experience working with Yaz while purchasing our travel trailer. From start to finish, he was always responsive and took the time to answer every question we had--no matter how small. We brought our two little kids with us while looking at units, and Yaz was incredibly patient and understanding, which made the whole experience much less stressful for us as parents. He was honest, professional, and never once tried to pressure us into buying something that wasn't right for our family. Yaz also helped us trade in our 2024 trailer that had become too small for our growing family and guided us into a larger trailer that truly fits our needs and will be our forever trailer. He really listened to what we wanted and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. We always felt supported rather than "sold to." If you're looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, we highly recommend asking for Yaz! read more

Everything could be improved. They weren't really helpful, they were only there for the money, I pulled up and they already had 6 salesman waiting outside of my car. I buy a trailer because I needed one asap, other wise I was gonna be homeless. Yes I should've done a whole walk around and the salesman who didn't want me looking at the roof of the trailer should've been a red flag, but I didn't. My roof on my trailer... needs to be fully repaired and replaced. I asked multiple RV Repairmen and they said the dealership knew about it and didn't tell me on purpose. There's also leaks left and right in the trailer and things don't work. I thought $15,000 for a 24ft travel Trailer was perfect, apparently not. They are shady and now they aren't answering my calls or emails. I've called multiple times to talk to the salesman that helped me and nothing, along with them not answering emails either. Super shady place. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Wish I could give it 0 stars but can't. read more

So excited about our new purchase! The staff were excellent. Our sales rep, Onel was SO informative. Very patient with us as we came to visit multiple times and walk through multiple units. His knowledge was outstanding and made for an enjoyable searching process. Mario helped us get our starter kit all set up and gave us so much info about what we were purchasing and why. Such a good dude. Thought we'd do a bunch of purchasing on Amazon but he showed us cost comparisons and we definitely saved money. Ray was our walk-thru tech and he was awesome! Knows his stuff and had all the minor repairs needed done taken care of quickly and efficiently. He was so informative and answered all our questions with ample knowledge. Larry was our finance guy and made the buying process quick and easy. Also, we had just the best time. Lots of laughs, great customer service, and we felt really taken care of and NEVER got sleazy sales vibes. 10/10 would recommend! read more

These folks have the best prices for RVs in the state, at least for brands they sell like all of the many Forest River brands. And I've looked enough to be sure. They will sell you something without trouble and you can get everything but the pick-up done remotely if you already know what you want (which I recommend - look first, buy later). Don't bother with their RV parts store unless you absolutely must have something to go on with a trip in progress. Two little lock pins for the hitch and a quart of oil cost $44, I was embarrassed paying that much to get the last pieces required to take my $30K RV off the lot, and could have bought the whole bunch for $15 at an auto parts store or online. I've not tried their service and don't intend to. If you aren't handy enough to keep your own RV in repair, perhaps you're the wrong person to own an RV. I hear horror stories about _all_ RV services places, not Best RV in particular. read more

Their prices are pretty firm and I've found they won't really negotiate below their asking price. Make sure you don't sign the papers until you do a good walk through, because once you sign them its yours and any problems that are with the trailer… Read more

What can I say about Best RV? Initially going in to purchase a destination trailer, the finance guy Ricardo was completely rude and lacked customer service. He never ran numbers or did anything; just told me to my face this is not going to work out for you. I walked out and did not want to purchase anything from this company if this was the sort of treatment I was getting at the very beginning. However, they were the only ones that had the Grand Lodge 42 view, so I tried again reaching out to Ray, the salesperson. He then aligned me up with Matt, the manager. My biggest concern for Matt and Ray was the delivery transportation company they use. Would they be able to make that turn into my driveway, as I am in the mountains? Kevin, the transporter, drove to my property to assess if he could make that turn. He said no problem at all 100%. I can get in that driveway; there's plenty of room. Yesterday, upon delivery, the unconscionable happened before my very own eyes! Kevin came around the corner and flew into the driveway, never slowing down, never looking to make sure he turned wide enough, cutting the corner with the 45-foot trailer behind him, and the wheels went in the ditch. I was screaming at him to STOP, and he could not hear me, he's deaf and wears hearing aids, and he's 73 years old. I ran to the front of his truck. He stops and gets out. I tell him, Oh my God, you cut the corner Too close, and you came in way too fast; your wheels are in the ditch! Kevin says oh, it's no problem at all. I got this. Don't worry about it. It's not a big deal!! He says I'm just gonna turn my wheel to the right and pull it right out of there. I asked him are you sure because when you pull to the right, the back end of the trailer will go the opposite direction, and it's going to tip! He says oh no, I've been doing this for years; I know what I'm doing. Sure enough, as soon as he turned it to the right, my trailer's two wheels were completely in the ditch, starting to tip over, and thank God, I have a tree that saved it! I'm traumatized looking at this thing when he had a good 5 to 6 feet on the other side to make that turn. I immediately called Best RV and spoke to Natalie. Z was in the background. I asked him what kind of guy did you send out here? This man does not know what he's doing. Z begins to tell me we have nothing to do with that! That is not on me! That is on you and him you need to deal with this yourself completely rude with zero concern for what has just taken place and the situation they have put me in hiring this man. Then he proceeds to tell me all they are supposed to do is take it from point A to point B that is it! He starts going on about the plastic I wanted on the windows for the trees, etc. I am trying to tell him, You do not understand; it did not make it to point B, and it is still attached to his car. It is in the ditch! Z is continually telling me they have nothing to do with this. They contract with him, and he is independent. I was livid at the fact I had just bought a 2024 $85,000 destination trailer, and their incompetent driver wrecked it! This is a person they contract with to deliver their RV's. You would think they would assume some sort of responsibility. Once it was off their lot, they did not give a darn what happened to the trailer as long as they made that sell. I have never dealt with the company like this before in my life! This man was not towing a $5000 piece of equipment. Z continually tried to blame me. Saying he's not supposed to back it up, make turns, do anything, just drop it! Basically, he's saying he's supposed to leave it in the street! Best RV contracted with Kevin; he is elderly and deaf, his judgment is off, and he cannot even stand straight without tipping to the side due to his age, which is not his fault. You would think Best RV would hire a company that actually had a valid driver's license to tow a 45-foot trailer. He should have a DOT and MC certification, per the police officer on site that I called. I want a brand new RV that I purchased. I did not purchase a crashed RV. It never made it to the destination. I have not even walked in it and I will not walk in it.. It is damaged goods. I will not allow them to bully me around like they have been. This is far from over. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! THEY SHOULD BE NAMED WORST RV, NOT BEST RV!!! read more

I am posting this listing for my brother as he doesn't have social media type accounts. He felt that based on the history of reviews and his experience with this company that it is extremely important that something is posted on his behalf. The below words are his own in regard to his experience at Best RV. My wife and I began looking for a Winnebago Micro Minnie- we went to our local RV dealer in Morgan Hill. We negotiated a deal with them but thought it best to call another dealer to see if pricing was consistent. Best RV in Turlock actually offered us a nicer model for a lower price. The decision we had to make was- do we drive 3 extra hours to save what turned out to be thousands of dollars? We started to do some research and found a substantial number of poor reviews about Best RV. The majority of the negative reviews were relating to the service portion of the business. It was a very difficult decision- to drive that distance on a maybe. My wife and I decided we would make the trip to see for ourselves and try and make a determination on the fly about whether to do business with this company or not. Upon getting there- the salesman I had spoken to was waiting for us. He didn't waste any time showing us various comparable models in addition to the model we were focused on. We selected the model we wanted and proceeded cautiously to finance. The finance process took less than 10 minutes to complete. We had advised the people we were working with that our kids were home alone and we didn't have time to waste. To say they jumped into action would be an understatement. To be clear we knew nothing of travel trailers or the process of buying one. They needed about 30 minutes to clean, prepare and test the unit. After that we moved right to the orientation- they were extremely thorough during the orientation. Additionally, while there I discovered I needed some minor upgrades to my truck for optimal towing. I worked a deal for their service department to install all equipment (cameras, tow equip, etc). The service manager said he would put 3 guys on it and have the work to my truck done in less than 1/2 hour. To my amazement - it took exactly that. The whole process (door to door- showing up, finance, orientation, modifications, driving off) took less than 2.5 hours from start to finish. To summarize, we almost didn't try this company because of the negative reviews. As far as the purchase process is concerned- we couldn't be happier. Their service from start to finish was absolutely outstanding!!!!!! We can unequivocally recommend BEST RV to everyone we know. Both my wife and I are in a customer service industry and understand the need to recognize outstanding interactions when we encounter them- in this day and age everyone is super quick to complain and not as quick to compliment. I guarantee not only will you be happy with the price- but the experience of working with this company will make buying a travel trailer worth it!!! 5 stars all day long! read more

We highly recommend Best RV Center in Turlock. This review is long but worth the read!!! From start to finish Best RV Center were professional, straight forward, enjoyable to work with and had the BEST prices anywhere in Oregon, Washington and California. Other dealerships couldn't come close. We have been looking for a specific 5th wheel Toy Hauler for a couple of years and never felt good about the price and how the sale negotiation went. We are from Oregon and we purchased this in California. By the way, we purchased this over the phone and using the internet. They were that good! I placed my first call on a Thursday evening to this dealership. It was late evening after 9:30 pm. Within a hour or so the owner of Best RV called me back. Impressive. (I found out now he was at home but monitors calls that come in after hours.) We had other follow up and initial calls to other RV dealerships. The other dealerships did not call us back until late afternoon on Friday. Some returned our call on Saturday and Sunday. By that time, we were very happy with everything from Best, the communication, price and the straight forward dealing. This is something we have NEVER experianced from dealerships in Oregon. We and finalialized the paper work on Tuesday purchasing this sight unseen. The experience did not stop there. Specifically when we did our Walk through and inspection with Raymond. To begin he was approachable, professional, funny and most important knew his stuff. He knew the answers to all of our questions. He was very throual. He took hours with us. He never rushed us. Raymond encouraged me to be thoural and not to worry he would take care of it and it would be right, and it was. We provided him a punch list and he took care of everything on the spot. We purchased a high end 5th wheel so I was very particular. He didn't balk on anything. His reply was I can do that or I will have the person who does our wood work take care of it. We found a tiny tear in the leather. Before I finished the second inspection it was repaired so well I couldn't find where the repair was done. The customer service and expertise was impressive from the front desk assistance to Raymond and the technicians in the shop. By the way they installed a B&W hitch and had the best price. Our Voltage Epic 5th wheel Toy Hauler had to be transported to Oregon in order to avoid California sales tax and registration costs. Even our transport man Chad was great. I highly recommend Best RV Center in Turlock Ca. You should check out their inventory on line. I'm guessing they have OVER 1000 RV,s on their lot! Raymond thank you for finishing up with us and being so complete. We are camping tonight, the same day we picked up our Voltage Epic 5th wheel Toy Hauler. read more

After reading all of these reviews, I have to admit, I was leery. But then again, an angry person tells 10 people about their experience, but a satisfied customer only tells a few. After our experience today, I felt it was right to tell others about it. We have been RV shopping for a few months, but the last few days, we've really made a push to come home with an RV. We've researched probably a hundred different makes and models. We've visited dealerships in Cordelia, Vacaville, and Davis. We sat down to do paperwork on two different coaches at two different dealerships, but couldn't get the numbers right. I've found that the price that is on the coach is quite different than the price on paper. Transportation fees? Why in the world should the consumer pay a transportation fee when the unit is already at the dealership? Today we made the driver (two hours) to Best RV after the recommendation from a friend. Prior to making the drive, I called ahead to make sure they were open due to the holiday. I spoke with Sam in Sales. Sam assured me they were open. We talked briefly about what we were looking for (under 24' hitch to bumper). He sent me text messages of several models that were available and even said some we were interested in were no longer in stock. I appreciated that he told me that while we were on our way instead of telling us that once we were there. Once there, Sam met us in the parking lot. We jumped in a golf cart and he showed up over a dozen different campers. He didn't push any of them over the others. He simply answered our questions, told us the features, and, when asked, explained the benefits of certain aspects. He didn't do anything to dissuade us from any camper over another. We settled on an 18' Springdale. The prices was several thousand under any comparable models we had looked at. It was the perfect camper for what we wanted. We then spoke with the finance manager (forget his name, but younger guy that was super easy to work with). He answered everything we asked, and the process was a breeze. By the time we were finished, we went outside and our camper was washed and the load equalizer was installed. We had our walk through and were on our way. Granted...a lot of complaints here are about service, but I can't see how this process could have been any better. I'd buy another RV there in a second. Well worth the driver from Vacaville. read more

bre and karen-Great service experience from beginning to end. I called this morning to see if we could bring my tariler if I needed an appointment or if I could just come in and wait. bree said I was welcome to come in and that it would likely take a little longer than if I did have an appointment but expected it to be about 3hours altogether. I had that much time today and thought I could browse the lot and see what this dealer was all about. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by someone in the clearly marked service write-up area. Then I was introduced to karen and zee , one of their service writers , who got all my information, advised me of any recommended services and an open recall. We talked about the plan to get an tire rotation, parts, and complimentary vehicle inspection. karen confirmed it was about 3 hours to get it all done including a wash and vacuum. All went smooth, pricing was fair, and tailer now looks better and drives better than before and karen got me in and out in less than the expected 3 hours. While there, I walked around the lot and was greeted by one of their salespeople, Jesse, and we had a nice, no-pressure introductory conversation. I wasn't in the market, but instead of just running off to find a "real" customer, Jesse and I talked for a good 20-30 minutes just about stuff and how customer service is important and that he really liked working for BEST RV CENTER because it was a family owned operation and they really seemed to care about their employees and their customers. All this was very evident from the first phone call to the time I left with my freshly serviced and freshly cleaned vehicle. I can recommend them to anybody. And if you have a clear expectation, make sure that folks at the dealership know what it is, and they'll be sure to do their best to meet or exceed that expectation. There are lots of different customers out there, and sometimes it's just impossible to know what a customer wants unless the communication is clear and bilateral. It worked out great, my time constraints were met, and I really enjoyed the time I spent there. Thanks again! Looking forward to coming back again for the next service. THANK YOU KAREN AND BREE. read more

I WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO GIVE NO STARS!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES OUT THE WINDOW AFTER YOU BUY!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS!!! They make everything seem fine and dandy when you purchase your trailer and tell you everything you want to hear. My wife and I purchased our trailer on a Saturday and we were told it would be detailed and inspected and that we could pick it up on Wednesday. I told them I would not be able to pick it up until Saturday, giving them two extra days. They had a total of 6 days to have the trailer prepared. DIDN'T HAPPEN! The trailer had not been detailed or inspected. First red flag right. I arrive the following Saturday to pick up my trailer and the walk through is a joke. They rush you through it so they can get to the next customer. Then comes the issues. To date I have currently 25 issues with my brand new 2018 trailer. I found broken glass in my carpet, to later find that the window leaks on the inside of the trailer. YOU THINK THEY DISCLOSED THE BROKEN WINDOW BEFORE PURCHASING? NO!! That's just one of the issues. Dealing with the warranty department is something I would not have my worst enemy do. They fill you full of BS and it's one excuse after another. Story gets better. My wife calls one day to check the status of our warranty claim and she gets the run around. She decides to post a factual review about our dealings with this company. The next day she received a phone call from KAREN the warranty manager saying our warranty claim has been canceled and the parts ordered would be returned. Then proceeded to threaten my wife about using her name in a review. GOOD JOB KAREN WAY TO BE PROFESSIONAL!!! So needless to say the factory was contacted about our dealings with this company. They were appalled to hear that this company would handle their business this way. We contacted other company's so we could get our issues resolved and the funny thing is they all new who's mess they were gonna have to clean up. Just wanna day great job to the staff and the person who parks the Bentley in the middle of the lot for everyone to see. read more

Extremely shady company. They don't treat their customers well. They care a lot about their image and try to act kind and helpful on yelp but it's not the case when you actually need in person. They only care about your money. Once you have a issue with something you purchase they seem to find a way to blame you for it or say oh well what's done is done, all sales are final! Don't make a mistake & buy from them when you can save a thousands of $$$ by searching the wholesaler online pertaining to the RV you like and usually the wholesaler or manufactures sells the RV significantly less if you cut out these middle men. They won't like that I say this but that's the truth. Especially when you feel like your money isn't going to good people. They act really rude in reality once u have concerns. They basically throw u away once ur done purchasing RV. They will act super kind and interested in you during the sales process and they will act like they have so much assistance ahead for you but they don't, they get your money and start avoiding phone calls or making excuses for why things don't work. I'm just disappointed in them.... Keep in mind the 5 star reviews below seem to be newer buyers rating the RV, not the company; consider the fact they haven't had their purchase for too long so their review is not reflective of the long term use of the RV or experience overall with the company. I thought the same as them until time goes by. I suggest checking updating reviews so you can see people's experience from the beginning to the end once they have been settled in for more than a year like myself. Don't go off the reviews of excited people with new RVS, that's like going off someone opening a new present on Christmas; it will always be exciting to open something because buying stuff is fun but you truly haven't used the item long enough to know your true feelings about it and living with it as well as seeing how the company deals with your needs. read more

EXCELLENT experience. We purchased our travel trailer from Best RV because of the exceptional attitude, attention and service we received from their salesman Brawny Barmi. We had been to a couple different RV dealerships doing our due diligence in selecting the perfect travel trailer for us and our needs. At each facility, we upfront stated to the salesmen that we were not going to purchase as we still needed to sell our tent trailer and hadn't decided on which brand/model we wanted. Brawny was the only one who listened to our request, and knowing he was not going to make a sale that day, still answered all of our questions, had a great attitude and sense of humor, and gave us space to discuss things in private - but made sure to let us know that we could call or text him with any questions or concerns. He thanked us for coming in and never pressured us to purchase. (I should also mention that it was 100 degrees outside that day and he sweat it out with us and took us to see any trailer we wanted.) We came back today to purchase our trailer from him and were treated with the "Best" service at every step: Again Brawny gave us exceptional service. He answered all of our new questions, took us back out into the heat to look at each trailer we wanted to and reassured us when we finally made our decision. The next step was purchasing. We met with Matt Hermiz the sales manager, to do the paperwork; Matt was thorough and kind and took the time to make sure we were satisfied. Finally, we did our walk-thru with Rick. He explained and demonstrated all important details of our trailer, opened every door and drawer, made sure we understood each task necessary to attach and pull our coach and then helped us with the purchase of some needed items. He was friendly and patient even though he probably does this 10 times a day. I cannot say enough good things about Best RV. I highly recommend them for all of your RV needs. read more

My wife and i just prchased a 2015 Heritage Glen fifthwheel from Best RV. We traveled all the way from Reno to purchase it becuse they were closest dealer that carried the model we were interested in purchasing. We did look at other fifthwheels while we were there to compare options/price but ended up purchasing the fifthwheel we came here for. Our experience with the sales staff was fantastic. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of all the different fifthwheels we looked at and did not try to push in a direction we did not want to go. They were very helpful with all the questions we had and answered them to our satisfaction. We couldn't have asked for better service from the salseman. GREAT experience. Now for the service department. I have read all the past negative reviews of the service department so i was very cautious while dealing with them. Let me just say, in my opinion the service department was outstanding. We had a few things done to the trailer (solar panel, king bed conversion, 6V batteries) so we left it there for a week for the extra work. When we showed up a week later everyhing was done as we requested and done right. One of the service tech's (Daniel) did our walk through with us and was very polite and explained everything very clearly. When my wife noticed that the roof vents didn't have the Maxxair covers on them as our current trailer does Daniel said he could install them right now if we wanted and he installed them. When we were done with the walk through my wife and I did a very detailed pre delivery inspection (i downloaded a list frm a manufacturer's website) and everything was as it should be with the exception of a slight warp in one of the cabinet doors, when i mentioned it to the service manager he sent one of the techs out and replaced it on the spot. I would buy another RV from BestRV without giving a second thought. read more

Johnny the service tech who gave us the orientation on the new trailer was excellent... he was patient with questions and very knowledgeable The salesman told us that the trailer came with solar ... it was only prepared for solar. we were told it came with a tire pressure monitor...it did not we were told it came with 2 propane tanks and 2 batteries, not so. All these cost extra We had planned on buying a weight distribution hitch, a ladder and the back up camera kit along with the side cameras. The salesman talked to the financial manager and gave us an out the door total price with tax and license with all the extras that we had planned on buying, all the time believing what the salesman said about the items included. We had the total price on paper and decided to go with it. When we got to writing the contract both the financial manager and later the owner tried to charge us $1,300.- extra for the items we wanted We went round and round and finally bought the trailer only, finding that they charged us extra for the propane and batteries. At first the sales manager wanted us to sign a contract without any pricing, basically a blank contract, until we resisted and were ready to quit and walk out the door. We never got the solar, tire monitor, the ladder, cameras and the weight distribution hitch that was supposed to be included in the price we were originally told by the financial manager. Also, the trailer had a few minor issues with buttons popping out of the wall that were address, but were not fixed. By this time, we just wanted to get out of there and took the trailer as it was. Admittedly, the trailer was the best price on the west coast, but other than Johnny the guy who walked us through the orientation, the rest of the crew are as crooked as can be. Keep your eyes open. Best RV... WORST EXPERIENCE ! read more

We found this 5th Wheel on their website and compared to pricing in Southern California, it was on average about $8-$10k cheaper than anything down here. We completed financing before driving up the 6hrs to get there with a firm offer on our trade in. When we arrived, the trailer was there, more than a little dirty, but ready to look thru and be picked up. They did a great job washing it and installing the back up camera for us in record time! Larry did our paperwork and I have to say, that was the fastest we've ever had paperwork go with no hassles and no waiting. Larry is the Man to do your paperwork. (The salesman who dealt with us on the phone was out that day, but he had everything all set up as well.) Alejandra took us on our walk-thru and was very knowledgeable about it, while also answering all our questions. For a couple of things we had questions on, she was able to get us quick answers and is the BEST. She helped us get hooked up and out the door in less than the 3 hours we were there. I highly recommend asking for Alejandra to do your walk thru. There was one issue with a woman in the service dept. The rig had a smaller tv that didn't match the specifications and she told us we would leave with what was in the rig. Uh, no we won't. Since we didn't have a salesman, we spoke to Larry, and he spoke to his boss who quickly agreed the tv had to match the specs. So avoid the woman in the service dept working behind the counter, she's a rude bleep and was of zero help. We found all the other workers there to be courteous, polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership, because they have a large selection, great pricing and some great people working there making it a great experience. It was worth the long drive. read more

We purchased our RV from these people upon the recommendation from friends. We had researched the rv and they carried the brand that we were interested in. The owner Nile was actually the sales person whom we dealt with. We had a trade in and ended up not getting the correct amount that he promised and actually shook hands on. So be very careful and get in writing what they promise you. When we came to pick up the rv and leave the tradein the gentleman who did our walk thru did not know too much about the rv at all. There was not even a packet of information on everything. All of the paperwork was in the drawers and pantry and he stuffed all of it into an envelope and we had to try to put everything together when we got home. We have had several rv's in the past and had to correct him on some things. At that time, we reaffirmed the tradein details with Nile; and he assured us that he had it handled. That was a big lie. We actually tried calling several times to no avail. They would leave me on hold; or he was out or in a meeting. When he finally called me back; he was yelling and screaming at me and would not even listen to what I had to say. He actually said he was hanging up and couldn't talk to me any more. Isn't that professional?? We finally decided that he must have needed the extra money that he bilked us out of. I guess we are people that go on faith and the handshake. He doesn't evidently. So beware. There is some warranty work to be done; and we would not even consider taking it back there. Overall they are rude and once the sale is made; they are done with you. We would never recommend Best RV to anyone. read more

I'm leaving a 5 star review for the simple fact that our sales consultant Roberto Padilla was fantastic. Originally i was quite annoyed when we first arrived. We drove over 2 hours to specifically see/possibly purchase the Attitude toy haulers they had on their website, when we arrived and told Roberto what we were looking for he informed us that they were completely sold out of the three different length Attitude toy haulers we were looking for. (Helpful tip: call before you spend your precious time driving to Best RV as their websites inventory obviously does not match what they have on their lot). Roberto gave us options of a couple different brand toy haulers we could look at that were very similar to the ones we came for. Seeing as we had already driven 2+ hours down there we decided to at least look around, and we are sure glad we did. Roberto was very honest, not once did i feel like he was the shady car (or RV in this case) salesman who was just trying to make a buck. We told him our price range and the size of the toy hauler we were looking for and he went above and beyond to make sure we saw all the options within those requirements. Nile (the owner) is a tough negotiator when it comes to pricing but stand your ground and you just might walk away with the trailer of your dreams at the price you wanted like we did!! Larry came in to finish all our paperwork, he had us approved and had all our paperwork signed within a matter of minutes which was so helpful. I cannot comment on the service center which seems to be the center of their problems according to the reviews but the sales department was great. read more

Worst RV. It's a scam. They charged by far the lowest price in the entire west coast region (in the ad). But when you arrive, the units are in horrible condition and they charge you an arm and a leg in taxes, fees, battery, propane, etc... If you do the math, it actually comes out to the same price as your local RV dealership. But your local RV dealership probably has units in better condition. I think what they do here is buy cheaper units that contain a lot of defects. 2 out of the 2 units for the trailer I wanted they had in stock, had some kind of defect. They wouldn't fix anything until I put down a non-refundable deposit. Once you put down the deposit, I have heard customers complain about "PDI" work that they charge the manufacturer and then do a low quality job for your trailer. So in summary. Low price to get you out there in the middle of nowhere. Charge lots of fees and basic hookups. Charge the crap out of manufacturer's for PDI work. Worst RV ever. UPDATE: I have seen around 7 dealers for this travel trailer I wanted. So I know what they are suppose to look like. Worst RV insisted they all come with defects. Lies. I just picked one up from Andy's Fresno RV in excellent condition. The best part, even though Andy's Fresno RV was thousands higher than Worst RV, out the door was even cheaper that Worst RV's AD PRICE. Andy's RV went far out of their way to help me out in 5 minutes. Now that is excellent customer service. read more

Buyer and shopper beware. Although the prices are great, that's where it stops. We bought our RV from them years ago when BEST was accurate. Since then the business has exploded so much that there RVs spilling out everywhere, the streets, what used to be the neighboring businesses. In the meanwhile the service department has remained the same size. Do the math. This equates to long waits for service, if you get it at all, for repairs. And "communication"? Well, that's an oxymoron. No, zero, zip dealer initiated communication from the service department on recent warranty work (which took a few months to complete). We had to call/hound and/or stop in. We've had to have warranty work done a few times. Months wait each time. The first time they had RV hostage for months and then called and said they couldn't get the part and that we needed to pick up the RV immediately. We ordered the part on Amazon and ended up doing the repairs ourselves. To their credit, the second time we had warranty work done, despite having to wait several months, it did get done for the most part and they did repair a few non warranty items at no charge which was nice. But the bottom line is this: RV's are moving earthquakes. They break and will need service. All RV centers are busy these days. I highly recommend asking LOTS of questions about expected wait time should your rig need repairs. Don't expect service after you hand over the check. read more

Just a shout out for the absolute best customer service I've ever had (which is saying quite a lot). My family and I bought an RV from Best RV almost exactly a year ago. Last week we were coming back from Lake Comanche and driving through Modesto on 99S when some guy driving a super nice car started pointing at my trailer trying to tell me something. Of course my first though was "Oh crap! What did I do?!" He waves for me to pull over and he pulled over in front of me. With his dress shirt opened up (obviously had just gotten off work) he runs up to my window to tell me he's the manager at the service department at Best RV. He says in a thick Assyrian accent, "You are my customer at Best RV! You left the side window open on your RV. You should close it so you don't have any problems!" I'm thinking, "Are you shitting me?! You had me pull over in afternoon traffic, cars are zooming by, and you're standing on the drivers side of my truck with your shirt blowing in the wind to tell me that my freaking side window is open?!" My first thought was, this guy is crazy! But my next thought is, I don't know of ANY business that cares about its customers so much! That was amazing and totally gratuitous! He could just as well have stayed safely in his car, let my trailer break, and make some money off of my negligence. Instead he puts himself in harms way to help a guy out. That's good stuff. Really amazing. Thank you crazy Assyrian Best RV guy! read more

I am completely new to RVs but me and my husband had been looking for a long time at different makes and models and finally decided on a Rockwood 2608WS and went to Best RV to purchase on 11/12. Nile was our salesman and helped us the whole way through...With this being our first RV we were clueless on everything but were treated well and everything was explained to us in detail. The sales part of the purchase was almost the same as buying a new car which we have plenty of experience with. After finishing the paperwork we waited in the lobby and then were called out to the trailer by a service mechanic Jose for what they call a walk through basically like an orientation on how to use the trailer. We were shown how to use everything how to hook up water hoses etc (My Husband's Area!!). After the walkthrough the service mechanic jose walked us through the parts department and showed us the accessories that we would need and we purchased just a few items (the basics) since we put a large downpayment but were happy with the detail and time he took to explain everything one by one. (and we asked alot of questions) All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to purchase from Best RV they took their time showing us the trailer we wanted and a few more that were similar and helped us the whole way through the sale. Not to mention we got a killer deal!! We will definitely be back in the future! read more

I bought my Rock Wood Ultra Lite 2707 WS in January 2019. The price was excellent and I didn't bother to read any reviews before I bought it. I had a few quality control problems while on the road, and after reading some of the reviews, I was feeling queezy knowing I needed to visit the service dept at Best RV. I have 2 more trips planned and don't need any downtime. Long story short - Nick took my call, made a list of my needs over the phone and gave me a time to drop by in between my trips. Nick and Ty both went to work as soon as I got there. A 1 hour diagnostic quickly turned into a 'Fix the problems' quest as they both tag teamed my RV and got me out of there in 4 hours, all done, no going back, no waiting for parts. Ty literally removed my fridge from the slide out and re positioned the thermal limiter switch so it would function properly. That took care of the biggest problem, I had had a $150 road repair on the fridge when I was in San Diego. Nick took pictures of the work, photo copied my repair invoice and sent it off to the Manufacturer for a full refund. I think these guys went above the norm to make sure I was happy and my RV was fixed in a timely fashion & properly. I can only speak for myself, I have had 2 good experiences at Best RV. but I think some of those bad reviews need to be taken with a grain of salt. Thanks NICK & TY Jim Simonitch read more

Today I had the pleasure of experiencing 5 Star Customer Service as I arrived to pick up my brand new 2019 Fuzion 419 5th wheel trailer. This past Sunday I attended the Sand and Sport Show in Orange County as I wanted to walk through several different styles of trailers and find one that best fit my needs. After a few phone calls I was referred to Nile. As a business owner myself, I greatly appreciated first-class service. I spoke with Nile on Tuesday, I told him what I was looking for, he confirmed he had EXACTLY what I wanted and the BEST price anywhere! I placed my deposit and confirmed Thursday pick-up. I was driving from San Diego and arrived at store opening at 9am. They staff was friendly, efficient in everything they did and completed everything in a timely manner. While getting the hitch installed, Raymond took me through the walk through of the trailer and also recommend everything I needed for the trailer including all hoses, adapters and toilet paper. Raymond covered everything from how everything worked and operated, including hitch and asked several times if I had any questions. He took his time and treated me like a family member, he is an outstanding employee and I appreciated him and his attention to detail. My experience with BEST RV and the staff was exceptional and I will absolutely refer anyone here. Thank you, Eric Simon read more

WOW! I cannot put into words the experience we had with Best RV Center. We started the process of purchasing our new trailer online. Naiel was the person who reached out and come to find out, he is the OWNER!! He was fantastic during the entire process and when he was off on Sunday, his son stepped in and it was seamless. All paperwork was sent to us, we printed it, signed it and returned it. When we arrived at the dealer ship yesterday, we were welcomed by all staff. Naiel was there as well and made sure we were taken care of. All we had to do was the walk through on our new RV. Sako was the employee that walked us through our new trailer. He was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. Sako was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything at the location was seamless. We had a purchase that we were not expecting, new weight distribution system. We had one, but it would not work on the new trailer. Zee in the parts department was very helpful. Then, when it came to installing weight distributions system, Raymond and Michael were on the spot to make sure it was set up perfectly and walked us through the new system. This has been the easiest process of buying anything that we have ever had. I would HIGHLY recommend Best RV Center for your next RV purchase. Corey & Mary read more
