We've been coming here since we had our 2014, 2019, and 2025 rig and when they were located at their previous place. Ryan and Paul have always taken care of us from fixing small things to major things such as engineering and installing a 6" subframe on our 2025 5th wheel. This was necessary as our rig has a drop frame in the rear that makes it low to the ground. They did an insurance bodywork claim on our 2019 rig. We've had awnings and slide toppers replaced, under carriage service, etc... you name it they do it. We will continue to do business here. read more

Stopped by one day looking for a part for my trailer but didn't realize they did service as well. I was in need of a new roof and so I spoke with Ryan, the manager of the service department. Best thing that could have happened to me. I had been to other service centers trying to get quotes for the roof but it felt like all of them tried to rush me in and didn't care about my concerns about how I was going to pay for it Ryan was extremely helpful and understanding. I explained my situation and he gave me some very helpful advice and didn't make me fell rushed or pressured to get the service done. The entire repair process was easy and excellent! AWARENESS: It doesn't matter if your the owner of new 5th Wheel like myself or, a seasoned veteran of something else towable. From time to time, you KNOW your rig WILL have issues. Exactly the case after I purchased my 5th wheel when I realized I needed to lower my pin box to even my load when hooked up to my truck. During my search to find someone local, Roger's Camping Trailers came highly recommended by not only friends but Yelpers too. NARRATIVE: In May of 2021, I contacted Roger's and made an appointment for service. After arriving, I was met by Ryan who I shared my issues with and later left my 5th wheel with to adjust. Later in the same day, Ryan telephoned and explained he could do the work but, It would mean cutting into the fiber glass of my rig to get the pin box to adjust up and fit correctly. I okayed the work, hoped for the best and expected the worst. A few days later, Ryan called to say my rig was ready. Again, expecting the worst, I was impressed by the "attention to detail" Ryan put into the job. Hiding wires. Mounting a rubber seal around the frame and pin box. Very, VERY impressive and clean work. SCENE: Roger's Camping Trailers is located in rural Tracy, CA, on the Southwest corner of Cabe Road, South of 11th Street. Inside the property are several covered parking areas, approximately 10 feet in hight along with uncovered areas in the rear which too can accommodate the taller trailers. On the business side of Roger's are several indoor bay where work like welding can be done. RECOMMENDATION(S): Roger's (Ryan) is one of those "one of a kind" persons who actually takes huge pride in doing not only a great job but, above and beyond that. On my return from Florida my brakes became weaker and weaker. In addition to fixing my brakes I also wanted to look into lithium power for my residential refrigerator. I live in Manteca and went to the big local shop. I asked about lithium for my refrigeration needs and the CS tech handed me a brochure and said read this and come back. He was focused on the woman behind me in line. I had bought my previous 5TH wheel here. Not the kind of service I want or expect for my dollars. I read the reviews for Roger's Camping Trailers and was very impressed, especially with the award from the city of Tracy. I met Ryan and was immediately impressed with his focus on what I need and offering possible lithium solutions not offered in the brochure I was previously given. I am not a technical person and Ryan took his time to go through the details and explain. I can't say enough good things about how I was treated. Ryan is a gem of a person deserving the highest recommendations I can write. Today it seems everything has become so expensive. I can't bring myself to pay those rates and be treated poorly in the process. In addition to all of the good things about Roger's Camping Trailers, I found their charges to be reasonable and the work outstanding. Today, most people vent their anger on negative reviews. Wasn't overly impressed. Came to get AC and heater fixed. Heater got fixed. Simple warped fan. Ac they cleaned and got running. Had it for over a week kept saying they couldn't get ahold of warranty people. Was trying to get a whole new A/C I was told. Got it home, hooked back up and ac/stopped working. Noticed a couple simple things like Fuse cover and filter cover not put back on properly. No problem fixed those myself. One wire was not even hooked up at all. AC Didn't even work a day. End result: Waste of Money. Had to have someone else out to fix it. He came out found the problem, ordered the part and came back out and fixed it and got me working and was able to get ahold of the warranty people within a day or two. I didn't need a whole new ac unit. Definitely won't be back. read more

A follow up to my previous review. After Roger's replaced my Dometic Fantastic Fan a little over a year ago I discovered the fan lift arm had somehow broken off. I was expecting that the part would be covered under warranty but I would have to pay for labor, of course. I dropped off my rig, went to the mall to give them time to do the repair and when I picked it up they said, "No charge." Wow! This place is family run and a class act when it comes to customer service. They communicate well, tell you when your repairs will be done and then get it done on time. Totally credible and reliable and fair people. From what I've read a lot of chain dealer service centers are expensive, take a long time and are sometimes not good. There is absolutely no reason to take your RV or travel trailer anywhere else for repairs, parts or special add-ons. Support this family local business and you'll be happy you did. Stark contrast between here and Travln toys. I literally would've paid Rogers trailers more for working on my trailer, simply due to the fact the TT is so inept and this place is ran so much better. But lo and behold, this place who actually knows what they're doing, came in considerably less for the work needed on my rig than what TT came in at. I will always bring my gear here for service regardless of wait time and under no circumstances will I ever go back to Travln toys. Really happy with the service we received on our trailer from Ryan and his team. They were able to get us in months sooner than our dealer could and the price was reasonable so we gave them a try. Our experience from start to finish was great! My travel trailer had some axle alignment or hub issues. I decided to drive over the hill from Livermore to give Roger's a shot, as I wasn't getting a good feel from more local resources. I'm so glad that I did. From the start, Ryan was very polite and informative. Remembered my name and conversation when I dropped the trailer two days later. Ended up being just a tightening of hubs required, but Ryan and team did a thorough job of discovery first, including inspection of bearings and such. They quoted a roof re-sealing as well, and I went ahead with that. Easy access off 11th St., nice lay-out, plenty of product in the store....all in all, a very good experience. I'm very happy to have a local business in town that can take care of non-warranty work on my new class "B" motorhome. It's also a pleasure to know I can pick up a little RV item without driving 50 miles to get it. I needed a 4 pin female plug installed in addition to the 7 way that came with my van. I knew I could do it my self but I also know it would like terrible and be held on with duct tape and tie wraps. These guys did a beautiful installation on my hitch, they're also ordering a custom hitch extension for my particular needs. I know when the warranty runs out on the various appliances on my RV this is the place that will get my business. read more

Their prices are reasonable, service is great, and the parts department always has what I need. THey also have very good prices on propane. I always look to Yelp for reviews on a business, but I'm a little skeptical when the place has all 5 stars. I decided to try this place out because it was a family owned shop. When I pulled in they were packed with RV's and Toyhaulers, which to me is a good sign. They did quality work and I'm impressed. Ryan the Service Manager was very helpful. He even helped me set up the hitch height since I had just lifted my truck. I got my toyhauler serviced and repaired. The prices were very reasonable. Not only a quality product, I purchased a Sea Breeze Fifth Wheel yesterday 07/01/10 but they really take the time to go over every option with you. This included showing how everything works, suggestions for the camping experience and towing operation. Once hooked up to the Fifth Wheel we test drove it throughout the the city with the owner in order to make you comfortable. We finally found a RV repair shop that does quality work, charges fair prices, and is run by a knowledgeable, honest, and friendly staff that is pleasant to work with. We live in Walnut Creek and have owned our travel trailer for 15 years. We had gone to various RV repair shops in our area and as far as Sacramento but had never found one that we ever felt completely satisfied with. We read the reviews about Roger's on Yelp and also happened to meet the owners at the Pleasanton RV show a few months ago and decided to try Roger's and are so happy we did! Besides some routine maintenance we wanted to have the front of the trailer repainted, and a new vent fan and new awning installed. We liked Ryan as soon as we met him. He was very friendly, listened well and explained to us what needed to be done as he inspected our trailer and discussed the scope of work. He gave us estimates for the more routine work and said he would need to get back to us with detailed estimates for the painting work and new awning. We left our trailer there for the maintenance work and later that week Ryan called us with the other estimates. He provided us with a couple of options for painting the trailer, explaining one was a little more economical than the other depending on the grade of paint, but both options would provide an excellent quality finished job. We really appreciated that he just didn't provide us with the more expensive option, but let us decide. He also discussed the options for the awning and their associated costs. We finalized the scope of work and got an estimated completion date. During that period Ryan called us a couple of times to give a progress report. When we picked up the trailer we were thrilled to see how nice it looked. The paint work looked like it just came out of the factory, including the manufacturer's decal. Not only that but they had washed the whole trailer and even Armor-alled the tires. The new awning looked great and Ryan went through the whole scope of work to make sure we were completely satisfied....which we were. We can't say enough of how much of a pleasure it was working with Ryan and his entire staff. We will definitely take our trailer here whenever it needs any type of servicing or repair work and will recommend them to our RV'ing friends. read more

We remembered Ryan from the Fremont location, where we originally bought our trailer in 2010. Took it in a couple of times for maintenance. Fast forward a few years and we had a dozen problems that need attention. Made and appointment and dropped the trailer off with a list we went over with Ryan. (Leaks, caulking, heater, tires etc.) We told him "no rush" and the whole thing took about 3 weeks, but we now have a "good as new" trailer. Very fair price. This is a good old fashioned family business with high standards, excellent customer service and great workmanship. We purchased our first RV from Rogers in 2002. It was our first RV and they walked us through everything so that we would have nothing but success. Fast forward ... after over 120 trips in that RV (!) we decided to trade it in and upgrade a bit. Unfortunately Rogers no longer sells RVs and we purchased our new RV elsewhere. A lot has changed in the past decade. RVs cost a lot more but are poorly made and nothing is durable. Note, don't ever buy a KEYSTONE RV!! Our new RV has this great guarantee. We are guaranteed that something will break on each and every trip. We've replaced so many things on it but the big one was when the suspension broke. Yep, it was fairly new and bam, busted on a road trip! We had a temporary fix done on the road and when we were back to town we knew the whole suspension had to come out and be redone. Rogers did a fabulous job. It was an extensive, time consuming, custom, labor intensive and customer nagging job. The job was well done and this new suspension will far outlast this poorly made trailer. We are very thankful for this hardworking, honest family and a job very well done! read more

We started a family vacation from Los Angeles, through San Jose, to Yellowstone, in an RV we rented from a private rental. When we got to San Jose, the electrical in the RV was dead. I called Rogers on a Saturday afternoon and explained the problem and my situation. The lady on the phone was very nice. She said they were closed Sundays and would be closing in a couple hours, but if could get there soon, they would stay late and repair it if possible. When we got there, Ryan helped us. He was very friendly and very helpful. He spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting. Ends up the batteries were weak, and I had the fridge set on DC (battery). New batteries would be about $1000 and Ryan suggested we make do and let the owner buy batteries. Ryan explained how we could work around the battery situation and even offered to babysit the RV while I ran off to my son's tournament. I got back just before they closed and Ryan verified the RV was working ok (generator was charging the batteries). When I asked for the bill Ryan said he didn't do anything so there was no charge. When I offered a tip, he initially said no, but I forced it on him. I was in a pickle, being at the start of a vacation. They could have added parts/service and charged me a lot and I would have paid. I can't give enough praise to the people at Roger's. Thank you for the great service and for helping make what started as a nightmare vacation into a awesome family vacation. read more
