He raised his voice and made remarks such as, "Do you know who I am?" and referenced having a large social media following. He also made statements suggesting that the superintendent did not know who he was dealing with and that he could damage the superintendent's career. Regardless of any disagreement that may have occurred, this type of threatening and intimidating behavior was inappropriate and unnecessary. A professional home inspector should communicate concerns calmly, respectfully, and objectively. Based on what I witnessed, I would not feel comfortable recommending him.

This inspection company did miss a few things we have noticed that…read moreare not possible to have happened post-inspection as we have only just officially moved in and began living here. One toilet was completely loose from the floor which was supposed to be checked in the inspection. Removed the toilet and found a completely rusted out flange that needed replacing. Leaking kitchen faucet. Leaking water supply valve in master bathroom sink. Neither toilet in the home was properly sealed with caulking. The master bathroom toilet does not flush properly. Every switch and outlet above the kitchen counter is sealed in and unremovable because they've been grouted in when a backsplash was installed. All other aspects of the inspection seem to be done well, but a better emphasis on plumbing in the inspection is needed.
