We didn't hear from a driver until after 8 pm on the day they were supposed to pickup. Said they were short a driver. Why didn't they call and advise us no one was coming so she could have gone about her day without hanging around waiting on the driver??!! The only reason we heard from the driver was my wife called the after hours number and complained. The gal on the phone said we were never scheduled. If we were never scheduled why did we get an automated call the day before reminding us of the pickup. What a crap company!! Someone needs to pull their head out!!

She has encouraged me to alter my lifestyle to move through my place and the world much better. I am gaining confidence to ask my physicians for help in my visits. She has taught me to advocate for myself. JB, who answers my calls, is also extremely patient and helpful.
