They have arcade and laser tag games are on the inside of the premises and three courses of mini-golf, water bumper boats, Go Karts, and Batting Cages, are part of their outside activities. Once you enter, you go to the tickets counter to buy tickets for your activities. You can buy single round tickets for each of the activity you want to do or buy a pass for unlimited amount of time you want to do certain activities. They also have a concession stand where they offer fast food, snacks, and soft drinks. I went to an 8YOs birthday party there today. The kids had a blast obviously but it was good for the chaperones too. There were college football games on TVs and places to sit, with food for purchase. The teens that work there are great. They're attentive to the children and kind, while enforcing the safety rules. They were helpful and respectful. I kind of expected a free for all but it was nothing of the sort. Teenagers get a bad rep sometimes but these teens were good kids. My significant other and I gave this amusement park a chance with a brief visit. The parking lot was packed! That was an iffy start, but also not entirely bad, as that could have shown that people loved this place! We went inside and walked around a little bit. Eventually, we went to the Ticket Sales counter to purchase tickets for the Go-Karts and Bumper Cars. We bought the individual tickets, as we weren't planning on staying too long. The Go-Karts tickets were $8.50/Ride each person and the Bumper Cars were $4.00/Ride each person. We proceeded to go outside to hunt down the Go-Karts area. The line ended up being really long, so that was a bummer. There's not much they could have done about that, except maybe open an additional track. I'm kidding, of course. The Go-Karts were alright. I wasn't a huge fan, but they were worth a try. After the Go-Karts, we went back inside the building to find the Bumper Cars. They weren't far from the Ticket Sales counter. Our wait for those was fast! They were pretty goofy, but they were worth the money. I came out a little dizzy! We looked at the menu at The Eatery. This was a food joint that they had inside of the facility. I ended up purchasing a Soda S, Nachos, and Cheese Curds. For the Soda, I chose Pepsi. My significant other got a Soda M and chose Diet Pepsi. They gave complimentary jalapeños with the Nachos, so that was cool. The Cheese Curds had 1 Sauce Included, so that was cool as well. I chose ranch for the Sauce. The prices were friendly here. The food didn't take long at all! We sat down at a table that they had nearby. The Drinks were great! The Nachos were tasty, especially with the jalapeños. The Cheese Curds were awesome. The ranch amplified the flavor! I was impressed by their food. It was nice to not expect much and come out being more pleased than I planned on being. The cleanliness of the whole campus was impressive! For there being a lot of people in attendance here, the grounds were kept up with! The staff that helped me throughout my visit were all pleasant to deal with. Cool place..a ton of things to do. After a long day we were looking to play some mini golf, and this was the closest one to our location. They have three mini golf courses out back. The original course sculpts a hill and offers a lot of difficult shots. This is by far the funnest course, but it's also the one that everyone wants to play. I'd recommend the wait. The holes feature many difficult turns and changes in height, others offer multiple layers - so you have to hit the ball into one hole, then work towards another. The hill itself is sculpted along a river and water falls, and you're constantly climbing and descending. The two newer courses are flat and boring, with very few twists or turns on the holes. Few choose to play either so you can breeze through each without a wait. We did one of them and finished in about 20 minutes, whereas the original course on the hill took us over an hour. Went for a miniature golf and the attendant told us the renovations were complete. we tried the recently renovated course and the only thing that was done to it was the artificial grass was replaced. I have never been to any miniature golf or a golf course that had two holes on a green. No idea which one they are supposed to shoot for. AAT is a great place for kids in the winter to play games, an indoor playground, and bumper cars. It looks like it's got mini golf and some other attractions in the summer. Concessions with pretty good choices, reasonably priced. Lots of workers including supervision in the playground area which is always good! 4 stars instead of 5 because it's pretty noisy, and if you have mixed ages of kids you'll be hard pressed to find things they can do together. The playground has a height restriction at 53", the bumper cars you have to be at least 44". Even still, we managed a pretty good time on our last day in WI! read more

My 11 year old and I were having a "mom and son" weekend. We went here on Friday and had a blast!!! When we got there, the staff at the ticket counter warned us there was a camp there with about 150 kids, so there might be lines. I thought that was really considerate of them to tell us! There is SOOOO much to do there, that we weren't worried about the camp kids and lines. We had a blast! We did everything there, except the bumper cars and the batting cages. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. It was a great time! We are from the Madison area, but my son says he wants to come back again with our entire family, and maybe even for his birthday. As the day went on, more people showed up, which is expected on a summer day, but we still never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an activity (and that was only for the go-karts.) read more

"BRING THE ACTION!", as Will I Am would say! This place is a great destination in the winter time to bring the kids. They recently had a holiday special for $8.99 which gave you unlimited bumper cars, lazer tag and the ball shooting area. It also came with 10 tokens for all of the video games too. You can then collect tickets to redeem prizes...you know those cheap toys from China that are worth like 10 cents each. Ha! But that doesn't matter because the kids love winning prizes. From the outside this place looks like a giant warehouse but when you walk in you are amazed at how clean and modern this place is. The owners really take special care in keeping this place modern. The bumper cars are cute with all of the fun disco lights but it is the smallest bumper car area I have ever seen in my life. I am thinking about installing one of these in my living room but I am sure my wife will veto it. There are plenty of games too for the kids to play but really original games that I have never seen before. I enjoy the skill games that they have here. I highly recommend you join there Facebook page for special deals. Yesterday I just got a note from them for a bucket of beer for $10. All I have to do is show them the screen. That is a sweet deal. Speaking of beer...yes this place has beer...most of these kid places are missing the adult juice that makes us mellow and relaxed as 100's of screaming kids go by. Also on Sunday they have $2 beers. They also have several large screens showing the football games. So you can get a nice cheap drink on, your kids can run around and have fun and you can watch the game. My only request is that they hire a massage person because my neck is hurting after looking up at the screens. They are mounted really high on the wall. There is also plenty of seating so you can also order some food too. And if you are having a birthday party then this place is a great alternative to all of those chains like the Mouse named Chucky. I noticed that they had 4 separate party rooms for your enjoyment. I also noticed that they offer team building deals too, which is a great idea! For $179.00, you can get a room with free wifi to have your meeting plus 20 hot dogs, 2 buckets of beer, game tokens and free activities. So if you are looking for a fun place to host your next meeting then come here instead of a boring hotel conference room. You will look like the coolest boss in the world! I went back today. The new courses are great. But they are flat and not on mountains. I still had a blast playing 54 holes. And they have bumper cars, go carts, and something in a pool not sure what it was. was kind like bumper cars but in a pool. I will post two photos in a sec. We were quoted over the phone $150 for a b-day party. When we arrived we were told sorry it's $250. So we decided to still stay and sit at the tables and bought wrist bands ( which is a waste when there is only 3 things to do with the bands) and tokens of which they increased prices and you can only use certain machines. To top it off even if we order pizza from them, they won't let us cut my sons cake. This place has gone down hill and they lied to get us in the door. Would not recommend.... read more

For starters I kind of thought that in Kenosha they could not have a place this cool for the kids so I was driving out to Milwaukee and New Berlin just so my kids could do Laser Tag and quickly learned after going to a school fundraiser function at Action Territory that I was wrong. They have some great specials when the kids are out of school during the cold months for example like 7.99 all you can play indoor wristbands and half off game play. Hi the reason why I am rating this place a one star is because of the go karts, a six year old was allowed to ride the go karts even though he was not tall enough and cut right in front of me on purpose therefore having no time to stop hitting his kart. The thing that makes me the most mad is not that they let a six year old drive it is because they did not see what happened and still gave me a warning and for the other kid he got nothing . This place used to have a awesome arcade to but now the only good games that they have now is pop the lock, ski ball, and basketball. And overall the workers were snotty and rude me and my friend. My wife and I had a birthday "costume" party for our 7 year old and 23 of his friends at Action Territory and it was fantastic!!! Like you would for any good party, we spent a good amount of time planning including several conversations with the AT staff to confirm the details. And on the day of the party everyone had a blast!! Upon our arrival an AT staff member named Connor organized and scheduled all the food and group events with us. They directed all the kids to our room and gave them all wristbands and tokens (which was part of the package we purchased). We provided the cake from Paiellis (well done to them on the custom minecraft cake) and AT provided plates, utinsels, etc and their staff cut and distributed cake so mom an I could mingle. It was a great day and AT took great care of the kids. I was very happy and our son is already talking about having his 8 year bday party there again there next year. Note: We also had his 6 year bday party there and this one topped that!!! 2nd Note: I like to go there on rainy Sundays with a handful of neighborhood kids and let's them play while I watch football and have a Spotted Cow. read more

We chose to come to America's Action Territory because it got a couple decent reviews on Yelp and the laser tag place in Gurnee got terrible reviews. And we went with 4 kids between 12-15 years old. Could have been a disaster right? It was fantastic!!! We enjoyed every activity from the indoor laser tag, bumper cars, and arcade to the outdoor go karts, bumper boats, and mini golf. It wasn't super crowded, was very well laid out with every activity easy to find and every activity was really enjoyable. And with both indoor and outdoor activities, we could cool off between outdoor activities. The kids loved the go karts and arcade and the adults loved the laser tag and batting cages. I particularly loved the bumper boats! Great activity to do with the kids. But what really made the day enjoyable? What really made me stop and talk to a manager and then write this review? The staff!! They were amazing!!!!! The staff, from the first young man to sell us our wristbands, to each ride operator, to the manager, and the young people cleaning the grounds I stopped and talked to, they were, without exception, delightful! Everyone was friendly, very knowledgeable any time we had a question, and you never had to wait for help. If you even looked at a staff person, they came over to see if you needed anything. They actually answered questions and were helpful when you needed something and were fun with great senses of humor. I even squirted the poor staff person right in the face by accident on the bumper boats and she was so nice when I apologized!! The grounds are immaculate, I saw staff cleaning all day. They clearly value cleanliness and attention to detail and if something wasn't working, they worked to fix it so it wasn't full of broken games etc. I told the manager they were doing something right, because it isn't easy to train staff to be not only friendly, but to be on top of your tasks and to value doing a good job. This is a staff who cares about the customer experience and it shows. They obviously create a work environment that is about fun but also values the customer. I think that is why the staff is so good. We will be back and I will tell all my friends to go. This place is awesome!! read more

It was late on a Friday night and we were on the way back to Chicago and wanted some mini golf. The course is, well, interesting. The "water features" were not turned on so there was lovely, blue dyed sitting water. Kinda blah. The course itself doesn't look well maintained. some of the cups were warped, PVC pipe was misaligned causing you to lose your ball, and some of the traps and obstacles are simply ridiculous. Oh, and they really have to have someone check their restrooms for cleanliness on a regular basis. There should not be a mountain of poop to the top of the toilet rim. read more

If your looking for a fun place to take some kids this plac e has great promise. We were there when a managers special was going on and it gave us VIP pass (which is unlimited go karts,laser tag, bumper boats, bumper cars) fro $20/person. Our kid is 12 and the indoor bumper boats were a bit lame and in a small confined space. the go kart track is very nice but they have the karts dampered down (but that was great for my boy as he would have been intimidated if they were any faster) the laser tag is really fun but the bumper boats are very slow and more about trying to squirt your opponent with the little attached squirt gun than really bump into anyone. The pass is cool because you can go off site for lunch and come back if you really want to let them play but might want different food than they are selling. In our case we found a great deal at a Mongolian BBQ place ( Hu Hot)5 minutes away that had kids 12 & under unlimited trips to the buffet for $4.99 including a drink and there was a %25 off yelp deal ) it was a VERY economical way to enjoy the day and let the kid have a blast and wear himself (and me) out thoroughly. read more

when entering the place for the first time it was much smaller than i had expected it to be. there was a sign that mentioned $25 wristbands per individual to get on rides like bumper carts, outdoor water ride, mini golf, laser tag and go carts which seemed like such a rip off to me considering i could go elsewhere with way more games and fun for less than that amount of money. Including myself, my brother, uncle, and sister we would've ended up spending about $100+ just for their pathetic wristbands and plus purchase mediocre food they had. totally would not recommend this place at all read more

We recently visited this place and for the most part had a great time. I couldn't believe how many kids were in the place at one time which wasn't a bad thing as much as I was surprised. It is much much bigger on the inside than it looks from outside. Pricey but worth it for an occasional visit. I know we only have a few friends that could afford to go here regularly. read more

Went on a Friday for a fun day with my 8 year old son and he liked it. 3 hours of fun and we escaped with minimal damage ($65) and that included $20 in the arcade and some lunch. Was crowded with crazy camper buses but cleared out beautifully by 3. Bumper boats and Karts were great. Arcade was fun. Didn't do the Laser Tag. I had one of the best nights of my life ever here. My husband and I decided to get the hell out of Chicago on a warm August evening and headed out to Wisconsin. We had three things we wanted to do other than get cheese- Mini golf, go-kart and hit an arcade. When i got to the Brat stop and looked across the street, our paradise was waiting. Finally gave this place a try. Overall, it was pretty good. Took my 8 yr old nephew here to just hang out with him for a while. I bought the two of us the VIP wristbands which allows access to unlimited go karts, bumper cars, laser tag, "the heist", mini-golf, and bumper boats (price of $31.75 per person). Let me tell ya, the wristband is the way to go. You have the option of paying for each activity separately, but that would have cost a fortune! They do also have +a few different wristbands so you can choose what would be best for you. Staff, for the most part, was really nice and helpful. You never had to look to far to find someone if you needed help. Common areas were kept clean. There was always someone going around wiping down tables and what not. We did not purchase any food or beverages while there, although it was nice that they offered free glasses of water. The bumper cars area was itty bitty as far as I'm concerned. There was a max of 5 cars. Bumper boats: it was wet, 'nuff said. Go kart track was decent. We played 2 of the 3 mini golf courses. Seemed to be maintained well. Only complaint with mini golf was the fact that there are quite a few water features. Many balls were lost and you had to constantly go get a new one because they did not have those little scoops to fetch those balls in the water. Laser tag was ok. Expected the area to be a bit bigger than it was. Arcade area had a decent selection of games, however, there were quite few games that just sucked up the tokens. Prize selection, of course, was terrible as it is with most places. $20 worth of tokens (460 tickets total winnings) and all we got was a small bag of sour patch kids and two tootsie roll pieces. We had a good time. Spent about 5.5hrs there and never a dull moment. I would go again. Be sure to check and see what the specials are for the day and you may save yourself some money. read more

Went to Action Territory to celebrate my sister's 30th birthday and to celebrate (a late) Father's Day for my 63 year old father. We insisted on at least participating in the Go-Kart Rides. Upon arriving, we went to the front desk to purchase our tickets. Unfortunately, the music/noise was so loud, I could barely hear the clerk, let alone could understand where to find the Go-Kart rides from there. We managed and found that it this is definitely the place to feel young again. We went on the go-kart rides more than 3 times and loved having some adult beverages after while playing some arcade games. Super fun for a spontaneous saturday afternoon, for celebration or not. read more
