They gave me a bottle of water and a bag of chips as refreshments. I was trying to make it quick because I had some errands and they satisfied that! I don't know how they explained where everything in the hotel is, answered my questions, complimented me, and gave me my keycard all within 5 minutes max. There was an elevator man who was also very nice and we had a little chat on the way up. When I reached my floor, it had an insane view. I didn't pay extra for it or anything, so I was surprised. When I walked into my room, it was like my own room but 10x better. The sheets were neatly folded, tucked in (not too much), and clean. The TV and remote set was more modern, maybe 2022 so I was impressed with that too. I also asked for a one queen size bed room, but the staff were so kind to bump me up to a two bed king size suite. I am not sure if that is possible, but that is what they said! Anyways, the room was perfect, the food was pretty decent, and overall, it was a great hotel! Also, shout out to Patrick, Alicia, Mac, and Stefanie for making this experience great! I would and am planning to come here again next time I come!

We have a bunch of family that lives close but decided to book a room since we would be in Canton. Plus, I wanted to see some of the local sites. Checkin is at 4pm but was able to get in a bit early at 3pm. We were warmly greeted with a little gift bag of water and the famous double tree cookies. The hotel was recently renovated and they did an excellent job. It looks great. As a Diamond member, we lucked into a complementary Hilton Honors upgrade to a King Suite! I absolutely love when that happens and really appreciate it. The room was amazing. Comfy bed and plenty of space with the main room, the bedroom, and the bathroom. I really liked that the bathroom had that separate private toilet. If you have the Hilton Honors app you have TV controls built in. The room had a full size ironing board, two HD flatscreens, and a mini fridge. The hotel has an excellent fitness center and an indoor pool. We even worked in some indoor pool time this cold snowy December. I would absolutely stay here again. Only downside was the bedroom thermostat was offline and it was a bit cold (but the living room still worked, and oh there no hot tub. It looked like they made it a planter). We opted for the parking garage for a $8 fee which was so reasonable. Morning coffee is offered in the lobby and good food in the hotel restaurant. Definitely leaving 5 stars for quality and staff!

Keys were digital so I didnt even need to stop by the desk. However, the room was weird. The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was an actual line of dirt that was clearly visible under the sink. The toilet area had some kind of residue on the floor. Basically the entire tile floor had not been actually cleaned. The bed was also not done. The box spring cover was askew exposing nearly 60% of the box spring. The flat sheet wasnt attached properly to the top area of the bed so I could see the mattress. Then when I got in the bed I noticed the sheet was way down at the bottom so I am fairly sure that the sheets really hadn't been changed. Yuck. Now all of this was easily fixed. I contacted the front desk and they came up... cleaned the floor. Fixed the bed. Still... that should not have happened. It should have been ready prior to check in. The breakfast however was perfect. I usually dislike hotel breakfasts and wont eat them. This one was great. Clean. Well staffed. They oddly had the best tiny make your own waffles. The eggs were really good. Lots of fruit. Honest it was perfect. Lots to choose from. Would I stay there again? Not sure. I really feel my room wasnt cleaned and the housecleaning sta hoped i wouldnt notice. Lol.

But please note there's no sidewalks on some of the nearby streets so if you are planning to walk, this is not a good location for that even though on the map things look very walkable.

When I needed to extend my stay by a night while there for a family emergency, they made the process easy and painless during a time when everything else felt daunting or complicated. They even ensured I got the same room rate despite having to change room types. Kimberlie recognized me from a previous visit on my recent stay and stopped by my table during breakfast to say hello. Despite being in Canton for challenging reasons, the staff here have continued to make the SpringHill Suites a comfortable, easy part of my stays. As of December 2025, the hotel is undergoing renovations or updates, but they've minimized disruption by strategically using rooms away from the current work.

The staff member was busy assisting someone over the phone, they place them on hold to get me checked in. Second, the hallway that leads to the fitness center was dark. I had expected the lights were auto sensing, but it wasn't, never came on. Third, the elevator - I think the only one, inside was worn out. Fourth - the shower head had hard water stains, but thankfully the water pressure was good. Fifth, the sofa they had, the cushion had stains on them, yeah avoided using the sofa :) Thankfully the bed was firm and nice, had comfortable sleep.
